Dr. Kim is simply the best!!! Accurate, performed the right tests where I had two other doctors not even close to my problem-they wanted to do knee surgery where the problem was in my hip-replaced, came to the hospital on a Sunday to check on me. Saved my quality of life and pain. Thank You Dr. Kim!!!

Her office did not charge correctly , I went for my annual physical which is 100% covered by my insurance i briefly told doctor about my back pain and they charged 30 min office visit for that. I called Dupage claim department and they said i will be charged for office visit along with annual physical. Not a good practice. 2nd thing, even though i had an appointment i had to wait for 35-40 mins in the room before the doctor came.

I went to Dr. Kim as a followup from a car accident I was in. I had a laceration on my leg a big buldge on my calf which he said was a hematoma and would go down in 3 months and if not to come back to see him and he would drain it. Well 3 months pass I make my appointment and now he says it has to be something else. Has me do all these standing exercises which I do because my leg is not weak and then tells me he's not sure what it could be and to go and get a MRI. He tells me I need to call my insurance company to get this approved then come back and see him. "REALLY" I then call my insurance company and they tell me since he was the attending physician from your car accident and it is due to the car accident he could of sent you somewhere and gotten it done that I did not need anything from them. But they do it anyway and I get setup for my MRI, I WILL NOT BE BACK TO SEE HIM! I already have it setup so that once my MRI is completed I can take it to my new Orthopedic Surgeon. His saying " To provide honest and compassionate care to my patients" is garbage, he does not care for the patient the reason I say that is because when I asked him questions about my leg he acted nonchalant about it. He knew I was coming to get it drained and at the time of my scheduling he should of already told me to go and get a MRI and then come see him but no he wanted the money for the office visit that was a waste of my time especially if I had to take a day off to get this taken care of. So long Dr. Kim maybe you will read this and take better care of your customers. I wont be back.

I have total confidence in Dr Bathina and her staff. Dr Bathina has a manner about her that exudes confidence. She takes the time to explain whatever the situation is and she makes sure that you understand exactly whatever you need to know about your situation thoroughly and completely. I’m so happy that I have her for my physician!
