I didn’t know what to expect outside of the usual ‘crack you and send you on your way’ model of chiropractic that was used to. Even though this was my first visit I can say this place is different for all the RIGHT reasons. Everything from the reception process. I was greeted by two very nice women that guided me every step of the way. My x-ray tech was very kind & thorough as I’m not the easiest to x-ray. To top it all off Dr. Erickson was amazing. Not only was his experience and knowledge on point in dealing with my nearly broken body he is ahead of his game with his practice using innovative tools & process that was nothing short of miracle so far. I came limping in the door and walked out like a normal human being. Thank You Symmetry Crew!!!

Where do I start? Former world champion powerlifter many years ago who’s been through several other practices. No one took the time Drs Jeff & Tim did to diagnose and plan how to rehab my body. In short, four weeks in and I feel 20 years younger. It’s just a step in the process but they are head and shoulders above anyone else in the area.

Dr. Jeff is fantastic! I highly recommend him and Symmetry Chiropractic & Acupuncture! The traction beds are wonderful! I suffer from many medical conditions in addition to chronic pain. An adjustment can either create or eliminate pain for me. Dr. Jeff listened to everything I told him about my previous experiences and how adjustments and acupuncture can eliminate my pain resulting in not having to take prescription pain medication. He treats me for what my body needs without causing pain, constantly checks how I’m feeling from the moment he walks in and provides me with a truly individualized approach, unlike the claims by many others. The entire team is efficient, thoughtful, cheerful, encouraging, and eager to provide assistance and information. The moment I walk in the door I’m greeted by the caring young ladies with enormous smiles on their faces which instantly makes my mood and day brighter. I am extremely thankful for outstanding care I receive and will never go anywhere else for my adjustments and acupuncture!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Tim Erickson and his amazing team--Sabrina and Hannah at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and supported. They are warm, professional, and always go out of their way to make each visit a pleasant experience. I came in January with persistent leg pain, which I had been struggling with for a while. After a thorough consultation, Dr. Tim ordered X-rays before doing any adjustments--which I really appreciated. He took the time to carefully study the images and fully understand the root of the issue before creating a personalized treatment plan. It turned out that the pain was due to a misaligned pelvis and nerve compression in my lower spine. Dr. Tim recommended a course of 28 visits, and I started feeling noticeable relief after just the first session. With each visit, I continued to improve, and now--thanks to his expert care--I feel fantastic and completely pain-free! Beyond the excellent treatment, what stood out to me the most was how kind, compassionate, and supportive everyone in the office was. Dr. Tim and his team were not only attentive to my physical health, but also incredibly considerate of my personal and family circumstances, offering genuine support that went far beyond expectations. I'm so grateful to have found this clinic and would absolutely recommend Dr. Tim Erickson and his team to anyone seeking chiropractic care. They are professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about their patients' well-being. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
