I began seeing Dr. Wise several years ago. At that time, I was living in chronic pain caused by neuropathy and autoimmune disease. My pain was not well managed by traditional therapies. Dr. Wise introduced me to non-pharmacological treatments, such as the MLS laser and Soft-Wave therapy, which produced tremendous anti-inflammatory effects and increased blood flow. Other services I benefited from are chiropractic care, massage, and acupuncture. Make sure to check out MojoFeet custom orthotics as well. It's like walking on clouds! I visited Dr. Wise's clinic two months ago and receice hit way therapy for a torn rotator cuff. Dr. Wise took her time explaining the horwave therapy process to me and thoroughly and patiently answered my questions. I underwent a single treatment, but it made a huge difference in my shoulder pain. a series of treatments is recommended. I will definitely schedule them soon.

Softwave was the best treatment option! Dr. Wise is knowledgeable, compassionate and so caring! The softwave treatment I had 2-years ago completely changed my decision to go with surgery. After doing softwave, I canceled my foot surgery twice. I am pain free now!

I started getting SoftWave Therapy at Synergy Institute due to chronic knee pain. I had no idea if it would help, but I needed to do something because I am on my feet most of the day for work. It turns out that the treatments, (which are very quick) have helped me tremendously. At first, I was scheduled twice per week, but little by little, I am now down to once every 5 weeks for "maintenance". I noticed improvement right away and I would not keep going if I didn't feel results. I am able to use my HSA to pay for the treatments, which has been very helpful. I'm grateful that I discovered Dr. Wise & the Synergy Institute and that I have had success with this therapy!

The provider left a needle in my neck, which I found while getting re-dressed. It got caught on my sweatshirt. I let the staff know. I didn’t get checked for injury, didn’t receive an apology, and was still charged for acupuncture. Be careful.

After receiving treatment. I was able to walk far distances. Also climb up a chair before I couldn't do that. I was diagnosed L4 and L5 bulging disc. which cause sciatica. Their decompression and message therapy treatment were amazing. I was so sad when they moved far away. I highly recommend Dr. Wise, the best chiropractic care and physical therapy that you find with an approach to your well-being .

If in need of chiropractor services I would keep looking. Dr (owner) is rude and doesn’t understand her own billing. She couldn’t or wouldn’t explain her billing which leads me to believe that it may not be legitimate. I just paid it and will never return.

My recommendation is to keep looking if you need Chiropractic care or acupuncture. Their billing practices are questionable at best. Nobody seems to be able to answer the questions about billing. The owner (Dr) is rude and condescending. Lots of Chiropractic care available in Naperville so I would go elsewhere.

Dr. Wise and her staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable. I came in with lower back pain and had trouble with getting up from my chair without shifting my body. The least invasive protocol Dr. Wise suggested included: Back-on-Track, deep tissue massage and electronic stimulation helped tremendously. I noticed improvement after 1 month of consistent treatment 3 times a week. I highly recommend Dr. Wise and her staff if you are looking for a great chiropractor. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5! Keep up the great work , Synergy team !
