Dr Selma is good at listening to questions and answering them so that you understand everything. She is also very knowledgeable and the staff at her clinic are friendly and helpful.

The Emperor’s medicine is by far the best acupuncture clinic I’ve ever been to. Dr. Selma Gladney is very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything that she’s doing and why she’s doing it. I’ve had a couple illnesses within the last few years and did not want to depend on drugs. Dr. Selma worked with the root cause and not only was I amazed, but my conventional doctor told me to keep doing what I was doing (acupuncture and herbs) because he had noticed a difference in my health. I would recommend The Emperor’s Medicine to everyone seeking better health. You can also feel the positive energy of the clinic once you step inside. This is a place for healing.

My treatments at The Emperor’s Medicine are a much needed self-care “reset button” for my body and mind. I feel as though I discovered a hidden gem right down the street from home! I thank Dr. Selma, Mariya, Soju, Denise and everyone else who has helped to make every single appointment a wonderful experience!!

Dr. Selma is a great listener and I appreciate her so much. She is my one and only acupuncturist. I had shoulder pain years ago that was resolved thru treatment and years later my other shoulder needed treatment and I returned. Her team is very warm and accommodating and the atmosphere is peaceful & restorative.

I called here last week to make an acupuncture appointment. Gave them my insurance and everything. I was called back two days ago asking for a picture of my insurance card because they "couldn't find me." I E-Mailed the pictures same day and they responded that they got them, but I haven't heard anything else and they're closed now, so as of tomorrow that's almost a week that has gone by and I still haven't been able to make my appointment. I will go somewhere else I guess, because the communication leaves something to be desired.

Dr. Selma’s knowledge of the body is incredible both externally and, more important, internally. But that is exceeded by what she shares about the importance of positive thinking. She taught me that this is my best remedy to overcome my ailments and my physical challenges.
