I have been a patient of Dr Chen for more than 10 years and he is a great doctor but he is very busy. It is very hard to get an appointment with him. I waited for 3 months to finally get an appointment with him. My experience with one of his office staff was just awful. She is worse than a robot and doesn’t care about patient experience at all. I was late for my appointment on 3/21/2022 by 11 minutes and they insisted on canceling my appointment because the policy is no more than 10 minutes late. I was on time for both of my previous appointments but had to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour. So patients’ time is NOT as valuable as the doctors’. Then the staff lied to me to first say that he was with the patient who was after my appointment time and then he can not talk to me because he went to lunch. This all happened within 7 minutes I was there. I took time out of work to see Dr Chen and she can’t even give me one time courtesy to let me in after I was late 1 minute past the 10 minutes policy which I was NOT aware of. No one told me that when I made the the appointment. Did I say my first appointment was canceled because Dr Chen was busy on that day and I had to reschedule? As a patient, I understand things happen. But as a doctor, you can’t do the same? I am sad to leave but I am transferring to another doctor.

Dr. Chen and his amazing team have seen me through two high risk pregnancies. I was always so genuinely cared for both times and have two wonderful boys because of the attention and expertise I was so fortunate to experience. Dr. Chen has a calm and confident disposition. His office staff are super sweet, prompt, and always follow up. I highly recommend this excellent medical professional!

Dr Chen is the best !!!! Without a doubt the Doctor you want. He’s professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I wouldn’t chose another Doctor unless I had to!

I've never been a patient But I have watched him and In my Honest opinion He is Getting Old He should follow in the Great Doctor Carter I'm sorry if I Pronounced his name wrong He needs to Retire It was a bad experience for me cz I have never liked Doctors or Hospital situations but now I realize how much these so called Doctors Are monipulated by Insurance Companies grow some balls coming from a guy that is going to cancel his insurance because of Doctors like Him You are old don't take it out on a Pregnant woman

Dr. Chen is an outstanding OBGYN. I am always extremely personable and I have never had any issues with him or his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen if you are looking for a gynecologist.

I have been going to Dr Chen for 25 years. He delivered 2 of my 3 kids, one through emergency C section. He’s knowledgeable and professional. Cares about the patient. I highly recommend him.
