My recent visit was for a routine checkup and cleaning. Like virtually all of my other past appointments, this one went very smoothly. There was no waiting, and I was led into the patient's room, where I turned over my nightguard for ultrasonic cleaning and had a set of bite wing x-rays taken. Everything looked good. Dr Piazza himself does the cleaning, rather than a hygienist. His cleaning method is quite thorough. I doubt any plaque remains by the time he is done! And he's conscientious in reminding me of proper dental hygiene practices at home, every time.
