List of Weil Foot And Ankle Institute's Reviews
I was hesitant to take my son to a podiatrist and especially to one that for which I had no referral.or first hand knowledge. The medical Assistant was very friendly and patient and carefully took the xrays. Dr. Kaleta was very kind and patiently answered all of our questions. They were very upfront about our insurance plan’s limitations as far as reimbursement for part of the visit. We are going to start treatment so it remains to be seen if we have success but I was very pleased with the entire visit with Dr. Kaleta. I am very picky about medical providers and Dr. Kaleta hit the mark!
I've been seeing Dr. Kaleta for mechanical problems that were causing a slew of symptoms. Dr.K has been extremely helpful in resolving the problems and makes herself available for direct communication post-care. Rare to have a medical experience in modern times that feels healing-centered, rather than a bottom-line business-as-usual model. Also, when I experienced repeated problems with orthotics, the Weil team including director of operations Josh Novak got involved to help me as quickly as possible. Very grateful for their care.
DR. Neubaurer knows podiatry as well as diabetes and has been very helpful in telling me what to do with my feet which are developing neuropathy.. She had me go to physical therapy as well to help my balance and walking. She noticed an abnormal gait which had gone unnoticed by my primary. Turns out my walking was below the standard for 78 year olds but with physical therapy it has improved markedly. I bless her ❤ heart for being such a wonderful doctor. She has prescribed some special vitamins to help with the neuropathy. I think the world of her.
I went to see this person back in 2015 and I only can say my problems started with my back when he put me with hard core insoles walking on hard core floors one afternoon, since that day I never went to his clinic. Please dont go to visit this person he is only to take your money if you left him.
RUN FOR YOUR LIVES FROM THIS PLACE!...BECAUSE IF YOU GO THERE & THEY TREAT YOUR ANKLE, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO WALK...LET ALONE RUN, ONCE THEY'RE DONE WITH YOU!
I wish I could give this NEGATIVE stars. The experience I had was beyond HORRIBLE, I would never recommended this place to anyone. The receptionist was extremely rude and sarcastic and would not answer ANY questions I had. I was left waiting for over an hour after my appointment time with no explanation or apology. The experience I had with the Dr. Kent was terrible, he only asked me questions and never explained a single thing throughout my foot procedure. NEVER. GIVE. THIS. PLACE. YOUR. BUSINESS.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mercado's for over 8 years, has done 3 surgeries on my foot. I received best care ever. Every office visit is just the same! would recommend to all !!!!
The office is a very nice and pleasant place. They answers any questions or concerns the patient(s) may have. Dr. Mercado is open and honest. He has a great way of caring for his patients and how we are treated. Thank you Dr. Mercado for Everything you have done for me! Sincerely, Kim Crawford
Excellent service very professional. I been his patient for over 15 years. They treat you like family. I give him a Big TEN

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
