I tried calling to schedule an appt and she said since I have BCBS community health and haven't been seen in last 13mths they weren't able to schedule an appt with this office which is absurd

Dr. Mourad rushed me into a diagnosis after telling me I should be seeing an ENT. He did not listen to my concerns and acted as if I was not clear about my symptoms. By the end of the appointment he was prescribing me medication without a clear explanation on how it could help me. After telling him I wanted to use more holistic remedies, he replied “so do you want me to write the prescription or not?”

Worst doctor ever. I called office. They said an on call doctor will help. He called said “well I’m not going to help because you can just wait for your doctor.” I advised it was an emergency and he refused and was rude. Idk why he even called. I have never had this problem before. Why be on call if you won’t help? He didn’t even advise me if I should go to the ER!

I have been a patient of Dr Mourad's for many years but due to moving out of the area and living so far away, I have made the very difficult decision that I need to find a gastroenterologist closer to where I live. Dr Mourad always made sure I was comfortable at the beginning of my colonoscopy and made sure I was ok at the end. He explains everything completely and he is funny, open & honest. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a great doctor. It's good to find a doctor that you regret that you have to leave and that you will miss seeing again, even if it's a horrible procedure to go through.

I have been a patient of Dr Mourad’s for 3 years. He is very kind, he explains in detail what procedures are needed and the results. Wish he could teach other DMG doctors and staff on conducting an interaction with patients. 😊

Dr. Mourad is very professional and personable. Explained everything in a way I can understand. Easy to get in, office typically returns phone calls quickly and takes care of any of my needs in a timely manor.

Very good doctor , nice manner but too busy .Once you are coming out of sedation, you only have a moment with him and its disconcerting. and not always accessible . His staff are cordial but they don't post result on My Chart or appointments, If you are in real pain its 50-50 you will get to see hime within a day or two.
