Post TIF He may have done a good job with the procedure. The after care was horrible. Kept over night for pain control meds ordered were not allowed on the floor I was sent to. Did not receive pain control. Was suppose to have orders for NPO and a barium swallow before discharge. Neither was done. Didn't have prescriptions for home for nausea. Had to wait for that to be sent to pharmacy. Had to call for follow up. Appointment nothing was rescheduled Called concerned about hard hiccups. No return call. They did order meds but no one told me. Was given a different number to call on my follow up visit. Called that number about diet concerns, no call back. Went today to say I will not be back No one I know will be going there.

I have lived with a restricted esophagus all my adult life. A Heller Myotomy at 23 years old, didn't work, dilatations every year or two. Plans to remove my Esophagus was one solution. I was referred to Dr. Ayub in 2019. Amy, his trusted PA guided me through the procedure and I didn't really believe her. So many years of promises, I really couldn't believe her. Well 6 years later. all is pretty good. Going in for a tuneup but Dr Ayub and Team are the real deal. And Amy is an Angel.

He is a great Dr he help give me quality of life again. I had a hiatal hernia n esophagus issue n he n Dr Gamagami as a team fixed my issues I can never thank them enough😊His expertise and understanding helped me to find answers to my problems. I got them n his thoroughness is beyond. No one else ever did that for me. I am very grateful now my issues are resolved. Thank you so so much

Move On Ayub as a Doctor is great. Run far far away from this practice. Staff is terrible can't get through to speak with anyone, leave messages no callbacks. One staffer was good at patient interaction. Do yourself a favor and go to a real medical practice.

Called office (Cynthia) many times over 2 weeks to get an office appointment. She never called back. Called another doctor in a different Gastro group. They were very responsive and was pleased with doctor and staff.

Do NOT go to this doctor! Multiple times over the course of 6 months they have scheduled appointments incorrectly which led for me wasting personal time off work when I finally got an appointment scheduled for the right day. Then when I finally make it in that day they reschedule for the wrong time which was hours later in the day! When asked for the reasoning of rescheduling I get “by patients request” which was false. And when the rescheduling occurred I was never notified of the rescheduling. This is extremely difficult to work with when you live far away from this office and take personal time off to make these appointments. Never actually got to meet with the doctor only the assistants. Never got an actual resolution or treatment plan for what was wrong with me even though I expressed the pain I was in. Instead got a recommendation from a completely different specialist who has not relation to gastrointestinal studies to take an over the counter vitamin that promotes healthy liver function. Imagine being a liver specialists who doesn’t know how to help a dis functioning liver. Never even got the test results of the labs that were done not even a phone call or email. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Untrustworthy.

I’ve had stents in my pancreas and other procedures by Dr Ayub ! He’s Fantastic and I appreciate everything about him. I’d give him as a Physician 100 stars ⭐️ it’s the staff’s lack of communication and arrogance that is my only issue. Condescending attitudes and I don’t mix well.

Dr Ayub does not see patients for any post care. concerns etc, he only performs procedures and you meet him a few minutes before the procedure begins. You are screened by his staff. There is a lack of post op /follow up care. All messages are deferred to his PA's and medical assistants. Dr Ayub does not return phone calls from fellow physicians. I find this practice unacceptable.
