List of Rameez Alasadi's Reviews
Dr Alasadi was questioning me about previous tests I had done when he was at Duly. I couldn't find them immediately in MyChart and it made me nervous. He was frustrated, but his nurse finally located what he was looking for. I also found it, once he left the room. It just made me very uncomfortable!
Good experience
Avoid this doctor at all costs - especially if you are a plus-size woman. This was one of the least compassionate medical experiences I’ve ever had. If you want to be seen, heard, and treated as an individual, this is not the provider for you. You do not see him for your initial visit - you only see his NP. I did not meet him until I was already sedated for my procedure, and I’m convinced this is to avoid exposing his nonexistent bedside manner. His approach is extremely generic, assumption-based, and dismissive. After my surgery, a nurse called to tell me to “lose weight” and stop using medical marijuana- without any explanation, even when I directly asked for one. At my post-surgical follow-up, the doctor himself admitted that I did not meet the criteria for CHS and did not need to stop medical cannabis. From there, the appointment went downhill. He told me in multiple different ways that the only option for my hiatal hernia was to lose weight or have surgery - which I “can’t” have unless I first lose weight. I am a size 16 and have already lost over 70 pounds, but struggle to lose more due to steroid use for other medical conditions. He showed no interest in understanding this. When I asked for realistic or alternative options, he suggested: • asking my doctor for a GLP-1 • going to a weight-loss clinic • bariatric surgery • seeing a nutritionist Every suggestion came back to weight loss, as if that were the only solution he was capable of offering. Throughout the visit he constantly talked over me, didn’t let me finish a sentence, and repeatedly used phrases like, “If you would just let me speak,” even though he was the one interrupting. It was deeply uncomfortable and invalidating. I will never return. The only positive part of this entire experience was that my endoscopy and colonoscopy were performed safely and provided useful information. Beyond that, I cannot recommend this provider to anyone.
Grateful for Dr. Alasadi. He is thorough, professional, kind, and all that we hope from a physician. God bless.
Very good
I will absolutely refer my family and friends to Dr. Alasadi. He is kind, compassionate and explains everything very well. He took his time in answering all questions.
I met Dr. Rameez Alasadi through a recent GI procedure. He asked if I'd like surgery to repair. I scheduled visit to see him. Instead of following up for surgery he began to prescribe medications for my symptoms. Told me to think about surgery. I decided to research medications because my symptoms worsen after taking. The medicine is known to cause kidney damage and cancer so I stopped taking. I saw him again and he was very discouraging about me having surgery. He became upset once I told him I'd made up my mind on it. I informed him that I wasn't going to be on medications. I believe he solicited me because he thought I'd become a long term patient. Most of the patients he has are very old. He gave me referral. When I saw referring Dr. Alex Gillian she was very positive and helpful about me having surgery. She received a call during my visit from Dr. Alasadi and excused herself from me. She came back into room with a negative demeanor being very discouraging of me having surgery. I realized he had negatively influenced her to not help me in the way I felt best. She doesn't have her own mind. She never gave me a chance. I'm happy for the experience. I know my own body and they ARE NOT GOD!
Everyone was so great!!! My wife even mentioned how great everyone was.
Provider kept cutting me off when I tried to explain the reason for my visit. Every response he made to me was rude. Nothing was accomplished for me at this visit. I will never see that provider again.
The nurse practitioner was extremely detailed and explained everything in detail and easy to understand verbiage.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
