Dr Groen has been one of the most helpful doctors I have seen in a very long time. She listens to you and does everything she can to help you figure out any issues your having. Dr. Groen is extremely kind and informative. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Groen was attentive and asked a lot of questions. My husband and I are both new patients. We were both comfortable with Doctor Groen. Our appointments started on time and the office staff were pleasant.

This doctor decided a lump on my child's neck and a petachae rash were something to just watch and wait. The diagnosis was cancer and 2 months were wasted by her wait and see what happens philosophy. There are lots of doctors in the area, avoid this one.

Would not help me get into a specialist sooner even though she could not help me. She had the audacity to have her nurse call and say I've been living with this pain and other symptoms for awhile, a couple of more months won't make a difference. I do not recommend because she won't treat anything. She thinks wait and see is sufficient treatment.

This doctor thinks wait and see is a good route to go for a lump on your neck. She wasted 6 weeks going the wait and see route. Turns out the diagnosis was cancer. She said a petachae rash (cancer symptom) was a virus. A medical student knows what a petachae rash is. Do yourself a favor and see someone else.

I needed a PCP, mine left the medical field a week before CoVid shutdown. The reviews were great for this physician so I made an appointment. When you call you will never get a live person to speak to. You'll be on hold forever so you have to leave a message and receive a call back. My first visit the doctor was awesome a breast US was supposed to be sent in and 5 weeks later still no order received. Called today, on hold but I actually spoke with someone and she said order was sent... keeping myfingers crossed!! This office needs a major overhaul... That's why I gave a 1.
