Terrible front desk! Lora is the least compassionate person to work in the medical field. Alice has scheduled the first appointment with my dad without asking his insurance information. No one asked for insurance details when confirming his appointment. Only when my dad showed up at 8 AM, Laura brushed him off by saying he doesn’t have an appointment because they don’t accept his insurance. Why do “Lauras” - “Alices” occupy front desks, if they don’t check insurance information prior to scheduling appointments or bother to apologize for the mistake?!

Have left multiple messages and have not received a call back. Just need a prescription refilled. Extremely difficult to deal with.

I saw Dr. Bussell because my primary care physician recommended that I see him to clean out my blocked ears. He was very gentle and patient and noted that I was also dealing with vertigo, which he helped settle so that I could safely drive home. I made another appointment in 3. months so that I take care of this problem on a regular basis. I would highly recommend him.
