I had seen Dr. Jarvos. She is fantastic. I went to three doctors previuosly to clear up a rash on my leg to no avail. Dr. Jarvos gave me a cream which cleared it up immediately. I then needed a small cyst removed from face which needed a stich. Impossible to see! She should be a plastic surgeon. Dr. Jarvos and her assistant are young with great attitudes and spend time to listen an consult with you. I could not be more pleased!

I usually see Katie. She is amazing, patient and thorough. The support staff is friendly and returns my calls. I highly recommend this practice.

I saw Dr. Jaros, who was very friendly and professional, as was her assistant Christie. Dr. Jaros explained all my skin issues and answered all my questions. The doctor recommended shampoos and cremes for my hair and skin. I was taken on time and the front desk staff was efficient and courteous. I was very happy with my experience there.

I just wanna say, this is the BEST doctors office I’ve ever been to. Brand new facility, incredibly clean and professional environment. Staff was above and beyond phenomenal, from the front desk to the medical assistants and doctors, they are just the best. Dr. Megan is absolutely fantastic, I truly can’t thank her enough for the care provided for myself and my girlfriend. I highly recommend North Branch Dermatology! Thank you again for all your help. It’s truly amazing to go into a doctors office and feel professionally cared for.

The clinic is new and inviting, with friendly receptionists. I barely had to wait before getting called in to the appointment. I saw Dr. Fahrenbach first, who was very patient and dealt easily with each of my small conditions and questions. I had a follow up to remove a mole with Dr. Jaros, who was so knowledgeable and did the procedure very quickly. This is one of the best doctor visit experiences I have had in years, from start to finish. Highly recommend everyone to choose North Branch Dermatology!

I went back after sharing my previous experience. They clarified the issues with me calling, and being redirected to a different office. The staff was very kind and professional. And they addressed all my issues and reassured me that they are truly determined to fix my skin. I originally came for a body rash and we quickly fixed that. Then we moved to my face and it has been a rollercoaster. I came with oily combination skin with bad acne. Now my skin is severely dry and irritated because of the products that were recommended from Dr. Bonis. But she was very kind and efficient in trying to find me a cost efficient solution. I will continue to come here because I can see that although they may have caused my skin to get worse, they are determined to help me heal and have even better skin than before.
