We had an amazing PA work with us who I'm certain is a stand-up comedian on the side. The medical assistant was also really pleasant and worked well with my sick children who were not very patient. I was going to rate this a lot lower because the receptionist was probably one of the least professional ones I have seen before. On top of making a few snarky comments, she had an interaction with a prospective client on the phone, and proceeded to talk smack about this client after the call- in front of all of us in the waiting room. She made the comment in the slight of "fine don't go here, I also don't want to be here" and then ridiculed the patient to a coworker Later my 4yr old daughter said "I'm bored, i want to go home." The receptionist made another comment about not wanting to be there I thought it would be unfair to rate place based on one person's actions, but that receptionist had us starting with a 1-star experience We had an amazing PA work with us who I'm certain is a stand-up comedian on the side. I took my daughter here for a sinus infection and everyone was very kind and helpful. My daughter wasn't scared to get tested this time!

I came there with swollen leg and pain in the knee. After almost 2 hours waiting it takes them couple minutes to decide that everything is ok and I can even play sport. They didn't even take x - Ray.Unfortunately two days later I had to visit different urgent care because it getting worst. They did their job. I am just disappointed

Didnt like how NO only recommended non pharm methods. I was clearly coughing hard n wanted something prescription. Never again i had to call my pcp to prescribe me meds. Why waste money where I couldve called my pcp and gotten taken care of
