The front desk blond hair receptionist Michelle is very unpleasant and rude. She should be reprimanded by the manager.

The immediate care facility was very clean and ran very smoothly. Wait time to departure time was about 2 hrs (same as if you went to ER). I like the list on the TV screen to let you know when you could expect to be seen. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was very pleased with the experience

Yesterday I made an appointment for my 3 year old who had a slight ever but was crying because of an ear ache. Inadvertently, I made the appointment for the wrong day. When I showed up the staff at the front was amazing. They helped me switch the appointment for that day. The nurse who took care of us initially saw that Collin was scared and was so incredibly kind and warm. I think her name was Michelle, and the attending PA Marcus I can’t say enough good things about. He was like an Angel honest to goodness. He was kind, compassionate and took the time to make my little guy feel comfortable. People like this are hard to come by so to all the staff here THANK YOU! SHAME ON YOUR TWO LADIES WORKING AROUND 345PM ON OCT 1ST 2022, I WAS VERY SICK VERY BAD CHEST PAINS AND INSTEAD OF PICKING UP YOUR HEADS AND AT LEAST OPEN THE DOOR TELL ME WHERE TO GO YOU JUST IGNORED ME AND MAKING GESTURES LIKE CUTTING THROAT.
