I went for a Covid follow up. Excellent service from start to finish. No wait , clean facility. Friendly staff with a wonderful attitude. Dr. Was comforting and attentive. They also took my county care insurance. I would visit again… and recommend this office.

Don't bother to go to this location, if you're looking to get turned away. I brought my 3-year-old daughter since she had a fever and complained of an earache. I booked my appointment online but I thought it was strange since they allowed me to book an appointment after they closed at 8 pm. Since, I wasn't sure I decided to head to the clinic before they closed since they take walk-ins. I arrived at 7:35 pm, there was no one waiting in the waiting area. When I tried to check in the assistant tells me she needs to ask the provider if my child can be seen even though they don't close til 8 pm. Needless, to say the provider declined to see my daughter and that I can go to the Melrose location since they are open til 11 pm. I couldn't believe that they would just turn us away like that. There is no signage or anything that states when they stop taking patients at a certain time. I asked for a manager but no one was available. As soon as I walked out they closed all the blinds and turned the front lights off. I ended up driving all the way to Melrose park which was not close by. Thankfully the staff at the Melrose place were super nice & were able to take care of my daughter. I won't be going back to the Norridge location ever again. Stay away! Great experience. Uploaded all my ID cards when making the appointment online. Check in was easy after that. Nice new facility. Staff was amazingly kind, thorough, knowledgeable and displayed incredible time management. I left feeling much more confident about my situation when i walked out the door. I was able to get my prescription an hour later and the medication prescribed to me produce immediate results. Thank you Amber! Thank you Hadiya and thank you to the rest of the staff members!
