Just told by a staff member that I could not return to this facility since I was turned in to collection. I called to pay my final payment and the payment was applied to my daughters account and not both accounts. They gave me a bill with a final amount and when I paid it the error was on their part . The Doctors are awesome, but the staff has always been rude. Because of their error, I will not be able to return to these Doctors.

I really enjoyed meeting and talking to Dr. Jaffe. He was very reassuring that my procedure would be pain free, and it was. He's very skilled. You can tell he know what he's doing. Years ago I had a bad experience with a podiatrist and I was nervous. But he was great. I recommended him to my wife.

Dr Jaffe is the BEST!! I had major surgery to repair extreme damage-my foot was a disaster! He helped me get through this very difficult situation. I am truly greatful. I was referred to him by a hospital physician. He is thorough, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, caring, punctual and very professional. I tell everyone about his great expertise. I would give him 10 if I could!!! The staff is also something to rave about!

My podiatrist in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago recommended Dr. Jaffe when I moved to the St. Louis area a year ago. He and his entire staff are truly the BEST of the BEST. Dr. Jaffe is a Pros's Pro. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything in laymen's terminology.

I had never been to a podiatrist before and I was surprised and pleased at what a great experience my visit to Dr. Jaffe's office was. Not only were there smiling faces when I walked in who immediately got me situated, but I also was seem with almost no wait (this is a nice change from all other doctors' offices). Dr. Jaffe as knowledgable and listened to my concerns and gave me all of my options for treatment so that I could make an informed decision. I feel comfortable going to him for advice on my foot and ankle problems and will be recommending him to my friends and family. Overall a great experience!
