North Riverside Health Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Most of the hispanic womens at reception have very bad attitude and make it soo uncomfortable to ask something."Dr." Lucy munoz shouldn't be called a Dr. She not just made me wait for her +30 mins in the room to only see her for max 3 minutes cause she was on a rush, this woman didn't take time to hear my concerns and left room before I could even ask questions.I went for chronic pain as my main health issue and she just told me to go to the mall for a massage with the "chinitos", after that I explained her I've tried everything already and she just sent me extra strong pain killers that gave me a lot of anxiety and other funny side effects just to make me feel even worse.I also had 2 other different health concerns that day I wanted to consult with my PCP but she didn't care a little.The location of this clinic is convenient to me and the inside is always clean and well equipped for basic health care but in my opinion the staff is their main issue like in many other places.

The wic people and the security are really nice and helpful that’s way their getting a 4 start but In the other hand the receptionist are really rude. They get mad just by asking them a question .

Front desk are rude never go again!!!!

Great staff! They are so helpful. Very kind and welcoming. When I went to the united center for vaccines it was a horrible experience. This was a smooth process.People should respect the place they go to for help in these times, I say this with the most respect I have for the staff because there was a horrible young lady being so combative and beyond distasteful while I was there. I think they are doing a tremendous job. And even with these people being combative, disrespectful they remain calm and collective and very professional. Honestly, I hated to see that today. My siblings and I were there to be vaccinated but instead we saw an adult acting worse than a child! I give my hats off to the staff!¡Excelente personal! Son muy útiles. Muy amable y acogedor. Cuando fui al centro unido de vacunas fue una experiencia horrible. Este fue un proceso sencillo.La gente debe respetar el lugar al que van en busca de ayuda en estos tiempos, lo digo con el mayor respeto que tengo por el personal porque había una jovencita horrible que era tan combativa y más que desagradable mientras estuve allí. Creo que están haciendo un trabajo tremendo. E incluso con estas personas combativas, irrespetuosas, se mantienen tranquilas, colectivas y muy profesionales. Honestamente, odié ver eso hoy. Mis hermanos y yo estábamos allí para vacunarnos, ¡pero en cambio vimos a un adulto actuando peor que un niño! ¡Me quito el sombrero ante el personal!

I got vaccinated here, the employee that checked me and my mom in (handled our ids, insurance cards, and vaccine cards) was sick. I didn’t notice but my mom was checked in by her 45 min after I was and the employee was discussing how terrible she felt with one of her coworkers and she had the sniffles. Pretty unforgivable in my opinion. Hopefully my mom and I don’t get sick from her.

Went there to take my first does of covid shot the receptionist was very kind and quick she was even able to schedule an appt to a closer location to where I live after that another lady walked us to a room with a nurse and the nurse was very kind answered questions we had and explained the process of getting the shot then they tell us to have a seat for 15 mins just to watch us to make sure we are okay after that we went home but everything was done quick but with care. They also accept walk ins.

I came to ask a question and requested some help regarding my online portal was met with an unwelcoming attitude by Andrea. I was friendly and approached her with a smile but she responded with cold and dry tone. Being a receptionist I would figure you would be a people person and be friendly but she was the opposite. Just writing the review for them to Improve the service.

I was helped by Andrea last Friday. She was rude unpleasant and seemed bother to be helping me. Any question I asked she will reply with attitude as if I should not be asking her any questions.

Booked a COVID Booster here and brought my 2nd dose vaccine card as instructed. I was turned away because I didn't hVe a first dose card, Which I never received anyway. This clinic needs to update their policies to be in line with instructions given in the booking portal. I have never in all these months been asked for anything other then the second dose vaccine card for any reason
