Today is Thursday and Wednesday I woke up from my sleep therapy that did not work all night thoroughly exhausted and not feeling like I could complete my physical therapy I explained this to Jaqueline and she in turn explained toJaewon the rehab aide who follows jaquelines planed therapy making it so I could complete the session and I eventually did but was exhausted . Amy at the staff desk got me a Uber so I could go home and prepare for the next therapy , which it will be harder but I will do it because I will fix the problem so it does not happen again .

I spent 10 therapy visits with this location and worked mostly with Matt and Jacqueline on my right knee. These two folks are absolutely customer focused and extremely professional. Matt not only printed out at home exercises after my last visit but sent a link that I could download on my phone or laptop where the exercises are performed and explained. My knee gets stronger every day and I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks so much. Bill Byron Glenview

Matt did a great job with my shoulder! In six weeks, he has gotten my shoulder to at least 80% flexibility. Matt is outstanding!

I've been getting PT with Jacqueline for over 2 months. My balance is improving, thanks to Jacqueline. She tailors every exercise, every visit, to how I respond to her direction. She's knowledgeable, has a wonderful positive attitude. I like that she explains what's going on. It's obvious she loves her job and the people she treats. Can't find anyone better than Jacqueline. I'm pleased to again have the able guidance of the professionals at my local Athletico. Having a past positive experience two years ago led me back, now with a severe balance issue. I'm currently in the capable hands of Matt and his capable assistant Jwan (?), Twice weekly I'm the subject of careful monitoring and progressive routines with gradually higher levels of challenge. Many thanks for having this facility and those pros in my neighborhood. I'll report my progress and results in a future account. Gerry Rogers Matt has recently recommended that my physician extend his order to add an additional period of therapy to tackle my challenging condition. I'm confident that I'll complete my Athletico sessions with success because of being in the hands of such professional care.

Sophia is a great physical therapist. She has helped me with my shoulder pain, increased range of motion and given me exercises to strengthen it. I highly recommend her and the facility.
