I would highly recommend!! The staff and Dr are amazing. The portal is so helpful!! They answer all my questions!!

As others have commented, yes you have to wait and wait. Other than that I really like her, I didn't feel rushed, she carefully explained what my issue was, what the next steps would be and answered all of my questions. After I had my surgery, I wound up in the hospital for something totally unrelated and the staff at the hospital were in awe of her stitching, which was a testament to her work.

She's truly a great doctor and I'd highly recommend her as long as you don't mind having appointments canceled often and waiting 1-2 hours past your appointment time to be seen by her. It can be very frustrating/stressful. She's not available all weekdays so it can take a long time to see her and if your appointment has to be canceled on her end, it'll be a while before the next time she can see you. The scheduling factor can be so bad that it makes me give a poor rating despite her expertise.

Although the wait times are usually long, Dr. Puscheck is an great doctor and really knowledgeable. I trust she always puts my care first. I'm extremely happy with my care so far.

Made an appointment a month in advance arrived early to my appointment only to be kept waiting for 2 hours to talk to her for 15 minutes The financial counselor forgot about me and did not get the authorization so my procedure had to be canceled. Finally got the auth call to set up the procedure just to be told there is another x-ray I need before the HSG and that it needs an auth as well They need to hire competent staff that knows how to handle auths its been 3 months I havent had the HSG yet

Office staff are nice BUT you have to wait for more than 45 min to get to the exam room and then another 30 min when you are in the exam room. She is hard to reach , so that she calls me and she never did and let her nurse call me . I am so frustrated with their service.

Worst Doctor I have ever seen, She doesn't care about patients. I had an appointment with her when I went there the staff told me that my appointment has been cancelled but they didn't tell me before hand instead they told me they had called me and left a voice message which I didn't get. And finally they ask me to wait till the doctor comes so I waited for 2 hrs but she didn't come so we got frustrated and asked the nurse she told that the doctor is attending some emergency case. To cool off the situation they gave me an appointment for next day early morning, so when I went the next day she was not there instead some other doctor came and asked few questions and he left. We again waited for almost 2 hrs Dr. Puscheck didn't show up. How can we call such people as doctors? They act as if they are doing some charity work for us.

D.R. Puscheck & staff are horrible, Neither staff or her seem to know what they're doing. And they tell you that they accept your insurance, to get you in their Southfield office , patients find out after consultation that none of the service is covered . Don't go there! You will have a big Bill!!###

I had a complicated case of broken and embeded IUD and the way she managed it no one else could have done that. She is an expert in her field and I have complete trust in her.

This Dr is ALWAYS behind! I'm not talking 10/15 minutes. I'm talking my appointment was at 930 and she's camping the office at 10 to ask what her schedule for the day is! Every time I've come here ice had to sit in the waiting room 30+ minutes past my appointment time to finally get called back to a room to door and wait another hour! I don't have time for this crap! Stupidest, most unorganized "dr" ever! I'll never come back here again!
