Gina Louie's Online Review Report Card

There was no CDC protocols in the waiting room. No temperatures taken no social distancing. Made one to feel very uncomfortable and not safe. Office cancelled a procedure I was to have the morning of I insisted on seeing the doctor that day and she didn’t even know I had a procedure that was cancelled by her office. I then told them after waiting in her waiting room thought doctor was coming back that I was going to look for another doctor and I was not coming back. Since then I have been getting calls saying I MISSED my 1 st procedure and I had another one coming up. I had to reiterate that I would NOT be coming back and since then have found a wonderful doctor. This was a horrible experience.

I had a consult in 2017 with Dr. Louie which was very rushed after I waited over a half hour in the small waiting area where they charged me for stockings that I was to wear AFTER SURGERY when I hadnt even had a consult yet the people were packed in like sardines. Upon meeting the dr she told me that I NEEDED a procedure costing 8000 but not to worry insurance would pay it. She was rude and dismissive when I asked questions. I went for 2nd opinion and I did not need surgery Beware

From the moment I entered the office I got bad vibes. I was put in an examining room pretty quickly Over an hour later I opened the door and asked have you forgotten me. A snippy asst. said no. About 15 minutes later the asst. finally comes in and takes me to a room for an ultrasound. She was not at all friendly. After the ultrasound she put me back in the room where I waited before and said the doctor would be in to go over the results. About 20 minutes later Dr. Louie finally comes in . She was extremely unfriendly and very unprofessional. When I attempted to tell her why I was there she did not want to hear it. So now I have been there for about 2 hours and no one has ever asked what brings me to the office. I was made to feel so unwelcome and when I would try to answer anything she asked she did not want to hear it. I wanted to just run out of the room and leave but I am a very friendly person and did not want to be rude. I did not schedule the next visit because I knew I was never going back there again. I will find a different vein doctor.

I went there because it was close to my office. I work in the medical field was impressed with the tech who did the ultrasound.Very thorough Unfortunately that is the only thing good I have to say about this office.The waiting area is very small very HOT Everyone standing up waiting at least 30 min. to be seen. It runs like a MILL.There is no direct phone number to the office ALL CALLS go through a call center Very frustrating..Avoid Dr.Louie wanted out of the consult quickly....

I made an appointment with dr Gina Luie after I sow The commercial on TV about and nonsurgical method that they use to Treat vertical veins . After the ultrasound meeting the doctor was very disappointing . The doctor has no communication skills extrimly rude and inappropriate rolled her eyes several times as I was trying to answear her questions . Before I complete my answear she stop me with a rude tone I dont care she said And continue without letting me finish . She seemed upset and inpatient . The stuff was more polite than the doctor. I dont think the office is clean surgical gloves were placed on a small table very close to the floor not in a cabinet . The tile from siling was handing . 3 hours I spend to this office very bad experience . Everything took to long and it wasnt much crowded . From the way this Dr is treating her patients I can understand a lot about the quality of her services . I would never allow this person to operate on me .

Listening to music and conducting a delicate vein operation while referring the devices used as wire hangers does not constitute a happy experience promptly asked to discontinue service after that ... very bad indeed.

Without a doubt one the most unprofessional Drs I have come across in a long time rude and arrogant. When she did not know the name of a disease I had she became belligerent and combative with me all she had to do was google it as I did when I left her office Nash and yes it spelled just like that even though she had to point out she went to medical school and never heard of it. Maybe she missed that class along with the class teaching her social skills would never return or recommend

Very good doctor. I have had done EVLT procedures on my legs with no issues.

Thank you to Dr.Gina Louie I have been at her office twice and see the perfect results. I was wondering when after 1 laser procedure my spider veins has gone. Very friendly staff. Youre big professionals
