Dr. Croix was terrific. She listens to your situation and concerns before discussing next steps. She gave her professional recommendation, but reiterated that whatever I wanted, as the patient, was what we would/should do.

I have suffered with mites for over three years. I went to her for treatment advice. She gave me a cursory examination for a few minutes and then told me I was crazy and needed to see a Psychiatrist. This is a standard response from doctors who don't know or don't care about treating this condition. She would have been more help if she just kept her mouth shut and handed me a lollipop after the exam. Then like all mediocre practitioners she prescribed a steroid cream for itchiness. This only treats the symptom but does nothing for the underlying problem. She has a good CV, but is lacking as a practitioner. Unfortunately, if suffer with this condition, you are on your own. You can find help online from other people who have struggled with this problem and found remedies for their condition.
