She was so sweet and caring, she actually sat and asked about my life and triplets. I love that she wanted to build a rapport before examining me. It means a lot to me to have a relationship with my provider.

I recently visited Dr. Song for an issue that required an examination. Dr. Song was over an hour late. She blew off my concerns. Did not perform an exam. I left with more questions and no answers. I called the office to talk about my recent visit and concerns and left a message with the office manager who never returned my call. I was also billed $315 for this appointment and Dr. Song spent all of about 5 mins with me and did nothing. For the “care” I received, this easily could have been a telemed appointment (albeit I needed an exam) and it would e saved me time and kept me safer in these times of Covid-19. I’m disappointed by Dr. Song and the customer service I received from the management, as well. This was a very irresponsible way to treat me as a patient, and also to run a practice. I do not recommend Dr. Song. There are many other qualified doctors in Chicago who will listen to your concerns and help you. I will not be returning.

Dr. Song was incredible—she listens closely and made me feel in our first appointment like she really understood my concerns. She is also a great physician—the IUD placement she performed for me was quick and significantly less painful than others. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, empathetic OBGYN.

Due to coronavirus concerns, this was the first time doing the video chat with Dr. Song. I was impressed that she suggested that we discuss my concerns instead of cancelling the appointment I had with her all together. It went well, and Dr. Song was very attentive and I didn't feel rushed. I felt that Dr. Song cared about me as a patient.
