Dr. and nurse are great but office staff is horrible to work with. They are difficult and rude. Patients do not seem to matter to staff.

This "doctor" was completely incompetent. She in and out of my room without doing anything I asked. All she wants is to milk money from insurance for a 5min useless appointment. I had to schedule another soundness with a different doctor who actually will take time to listen to the patient.

My first visit with Dr. Jenkins was a terrific experience. My skin condition was very minor but I felt she payed as much attention to my problem as if it was a very serious situation. In addition, she took the time to find out what my background was professionally that indicated she is very interested in her patient as people. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Jenkin was my dermatologist for 2 years when she practiced in WA state. She helped me address my acne issues and I was always happy to see her. She was kind, understanding, helpful, and pleasant to interact with.

I would never see this provider again. She was rude, short with me, and pushed me out the door. Look elsewhere for your Derm needs.

She told me different things than what she put in the notes I found in ecare and for some reason commented her personal opinions instead of being professional.

Dr. Bennen and Dr. Kim have been wonderful. They have been my doctors and they weren’t available for an appointment so I had to see Dr. Jenkins. Not only was she 45 minutes late for our appointment, but she was supposed to put in a 90 day supply which we had talked about multiple times in the appointment. She gave a 30 day supply instead. I would have gotten 90 day supply free and she wasted my time and money. She then was late to call me back after I called about this issue. I had to call again to get her to call me back. Then when we got on the phone she actually interrupted me multiple times when I was talking. She was very rude and could not give me samples of everything. It was unprofessional and she acknowledged she had messed up, but didn’t apologize or have any remorse. I won’t see her again and will make sure she is not recommended at this practice. This is why it’s 1 star.

Dr. Jenkin was easy to talk to. She performed a thorough job of a scanning my skin and found a spot she was suspicious about. She had a biopsy done which showed Melanoma and swiftly referred me to one of the top surgeons in the USA for the surgical treatment I need. The office staff and nurses were first class. I will recommend Dr. Jenkin highly to family, friends and acquaintances in need of a dermatologist.
