Extrememly unprofessional I had 3 negative experiences with the clinic on Ocean Parkway Brooklyn. The first issue I had sclerotherapy injections on my right leg. When I came into the operating room the doctors assistantnurse had her lunch in the room and whole room smelled like Popeyess chicken. Food should not be allowed in the operating room. I told the doctor but food was not removed from the room. The second issue I was scheduled to receive sclerotherapy injections on my left leg. I was confirmed by the office and told insurance approval was received. When I came to the office I waited for 2 hours and was told that the insurance approved an incorrect treatment. Nothing was done to me that day. Third issue I had an appointment for 2121 snowstorm. I called in the morning to confirm office is open. I also received a text message confirmation from Lucy to come in to the office. I came at my scheduled time but office was closed. No on called to cancel.
