Usa Vein Clinics's Online Review Report Card

Horrible experience unorganized staff exam took all day. I was told insurance would over my visit with $75 dollar copay but got billed over $1200. Every time you call here you are dealing with somebody overseas because they have contractedoutsourced jobs. I have called multiple times and nobody is helping me figure this out. I have been put on hold multiple times for long period of times. DO NOT GO HERE.

After several treatments and followup assessments I honestly expected a better outcome. My last followup indicates I still “need work” so I am scheduled to go back AGAIN for another assessment next month. Anthony The technician is excellent. That we are not finished with the extensive treatments comes as a real surprise.

Professional easy to contact good result

I applied for a patient scheduler Representative via indeed and received a email stating that my background and experience were a good match and that I should reach out to Janell. I emailed her my resume and called to follow up. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME After going back and fourth with the representative I finally get a hold of Janell. She informs me that she received my resume and scheduled a phone call Friday at 1130. I wake up early and set my alarm no call. I then email her to get an update she then tells me that an emergency came up and needs to reschedule. I told her Im free either Monday or Tuesday same time to reschedule when SHE ASKED ME TO RESCHEDULE. This past Monday I wait still no call at 1130am So I assumed than maybe Tuesday worked better for her. On Tuesday same thing no phone call or any email update about missing my call. I tried calling again and the receptionist asked me to take a message. I AM SO GLAD I DONT WORK HERE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETELY WASTE OF TIME Management lacks basic communication techniques. They really must be desperate for workers if shes a Manager.

My experience at the USA Vein Clinics was amazing. I have been telling all my friends how friendly Dr. Alexander is and all his staff members. They are very helpful in explaining all the process going through your journey for better vein health. Dr. Alexander would give me a play by play on what he was doing and how it would feel. That really helped. All my procedures were very tolerable. And the recovery was quick and minimal pain if any at all. Mostly just bruising and to touch. I am very pleased and will always recommend it.
