Excellent Service from the Doctor and staff i have no complaints

They were so cheerful!!

What kind of urgent care center blocks all their time with people with appointments. I thought urgent Care was in between emergency room and your doctor's office. I went there in severe pain muscle spasming I am shaking because I'm in so much pain my blood pressure is 200 over 170 because of the intensity of the pain. I pleaded with them to let me see a doctor but they told me I had to wait they had people who had appointments so now instead of waiting for five people to go in front of me now I got to wait for three more people. Why do you have urgent care if you're going to fill all the slots in with appointments. I thought that's why you went to the doctor. I will never go to this place again they could care less about the pain I was going through they had no compassion whatsoever of my situation. I couldn't sit I couldn't stand but I tell you what next time I will just call an ambulance. Got to learn to play the game. We live in a new world today. The assistant was good which I believe was a male nurse. The nurse 👩🏽‍⚕️ practitioner was awesome 👏🏽 👏🏽 Who was very caring. Yolanda Hoag NP I will recommend this place WellNow Urgent care to family and friends. 👍🏽

Staff was very friendly and got me in and figured out the problem without the super long wait at the ER. feeling better today.

Sad that they were short staff, but they did a great job reversing my breathing problem once I was called. Friendly, concerned, professional and they take Medicare and many other insurance plans. *NOTE: for less in lobby waiting time go to their app and PRE-Register and schedule appointments. I did not know this feature. I was a walk-in. 7 people were ahead of me who pre-registered. My 2nd visit: The provider was kind and professional. Staff were great too. There were more staff on duty this time. So things went smoother. It would be nice if there were another Provider to help with patient load to decrease wait times. I did like the online pre registration with the estimated appointment time and number of patients ahead of me. I just don’t understand putting in images of drivers license and insurance cards online and then they ask for it again when you arrive. I was watching people self registration with the provided iPad device in the lobby and everyone is stopping over to type in info. (I guess for wheelchair patients) Too low for people. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and professional. If I ever needed the services they offer I would go there first.

I had a very good experience at Well Care. The wait was not too long and I found everybody to be very professional. The physician’s assistant and medical provider did a very nice job. I went on a Sunday and I had trouble getting my prescription filled because most pharmacies close at 6:00. Well Care helped me find a 24 hour pharmacy so I could get my anabiotic that night. Even though I went there for a simple driver recertification, it took about an hour and a half. They couldn’t get to the fax that the company that set up the appointment sent. Know one there had access. The staff were very friendly though.

Even with an appointment, expect to wait two hours. Ridiculous.
