He also showed up late to my virtual appointment (1 hour) took 3 months to get approval from his office for a prescription I needed for my narcolepsy. And once it finally got approved, he did not agree to a dosage change even though the pharmacy had requested it due to it being a highly regulated drug. I will be switching to a different doctor, should have done that months ago because my narcolepsy has not been managed well and I've been suffering with my quality of sleep.

I received no help for my insomnia. The dr gave me no more information that I would receive from a chat bot. I wouldn't recommend, not worth the long appointment wait to get scheduled and any copay. The nurse or his PA spent the majority of the time with me then she goes and tells him what the patient says and he comes back with a chatbot answer. That was it.

When you're hooked up to many probes during a sleep trial, and you still feel that you're being treated with dignity and respect. Then, you know that you're at the right facility. The experience was very professionally handled. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the clinician was efficient, capable, and a pleasure to work with throughout the night.

My son, who is 19 years old, was experiencing difficulties in falling asleep. I took him to see Dr. Herdegen. Dr. Herdegen was very patient in listening to my son's history and his complaints. Dr. Herdegen carefully explained the science behind the sleep/wake cycle to me and my son and what my son needed to do in order to improve his sleep quality. Dr. Herdegen is not only very knowledgeable in sleep but also very much patient care focused. He provided a treatment plan and recommendations for other activities my son can do to improve his sleep. The visits to Dr. Herdegen's office have been positive experience for us.

Dr. Herdegen took the time to review my history, understand my symptoms, propose a clear approach of further testing and follow-up. After testing he spent as much time as I needed to understand the test, worked with me in developing a treatment plan and takes great interest in how I am doing and what is new in my life. A truly caring doctor that I really feel comfortable with and trust.
