What a fantastic office. Dr. Feldman offers a great combination of traditional and functional medicine options. My experience with the entire staff has been nothing but exceptional. Not many primary care offices that I know of willing to spend the amount of time with patients as they will here. If you are looking for an experience you wouldn't expect from a primary care doctor, this the office you should check out.

Dr. Feldman and her staff are really good. I've learned a lot and have made decisions that I know will effect my health in the long run. Dr. Feldman has been very supportive and motivating.

Dr. Feldman is the best! Her attention & care has made a huge impact in the way I view healthcare & wellness. Her knowledge & expertise have literally been life saving. I can’t speak enough to how much I value her as a Functional Medicine Doctor. Hopefully more Doctors will follow her lead in their approach to wellness & care. Finally, a doctor that understands how health care should be! Instead of shuffling patients in-and-out, this place actually cares about the patient and are interested in relationships with their patients. I have had a very disappointing experience with this practice overall. First off, I joined Dr. Feldman's "Wellness Program" in 2015 after contacting her office in late 2014 to schedule an appt. I was told that the doctor was only taking new patients through her "wellness program". I attended Dr. Feldman's "outreach" talk at Lagrange Hospital to hear about the program and was signed up for a consultation with Kori Feldman at her office within a week. During that visit, Dr. Feldman explained about the wellness program, and seemed genuinely committed to the patients she was helping through it. There was a comprehensive intake questionnaire, which I found impressive. I was having several medical issues at that time which were compromising my quality of life. Dr. Feldman's program gave me hope that I could have an impact on these conditions, through lifestyle change. Though it was very expensive, thousands of dollars, I signed up with the aid of a monthly payment plan. The program itself turned out to be a disappointment. Dr. Feldman's admin ran the biweekly educational groups, which were the foundation of the program. Though very nice, she was not necessarily qualified to teach groups about lifestyle change, including diet and exercise. It turns out that she was actually a former wellness program patient herself, and a patient of the practice currently. Though Dr. Feldman's program also offered meetings with an exercise physiologist, a psychologist, and a registered dietician, there was no information offered that couldn't have been researched online. A few months into the program, I approached Dr. Feldman to tell her that I believed I'd gleaned everything from the program that I needed. I asked if I could stop attending, and requested a refund for the months remaining. Instead, Dr. Feldman offered me additional groups and individual meetings with the consultative registered dietician. I followed through with Dr. Feldman's recommendation, though I did not find it particularly helpful. Finally, I completed the "wellness program", 8 months later. I had by that time stopped attending all the group meetings. At my exit interview, I learned that Dr. Feldman would not be my ongoing integrative medicine MD. She does not take new patients at all. Only her Physician's assistants, or nurse practitioner partners see patients in the clinic. In spite of that, I continued to show up for my annual blood work, hoping at least to get some value out of the more comprehensive labs that Dr. Feldman ordered for her "wellness patients". This year, I scheduled my labs and had to cancel due to a sinus infection. At the time I called to cancel, I also asked if I could be seen for the sinus infection. The receptionist scheduled an appointment for me and I promptly forgot to put it in my calendar (sinus infection = brain problems). When I showed up for my blood draw a week later, I was informed that I have a $50 balance on my account due to my "no show" appointment. When I tried to find the appointment in my calendar and it was not there, I protested the fee. Today, I went into the office to have my follow up from my labs with one of Dr. Feldman's PA's and was told that Dr. Feldman would not waive the $50 no show fee. I asked more about the appointment, learned that it had indeed been an error on my part, and asked the staff to bill me for it. I still felt that this fee was somehow not appropriate, given that I'd never failed an appointment there, and had paid exorbitant sums of money for a "wellness program" that really didn't have much value for me. Upon hearing this, the receptionist told me that I would not be seen today until that $50 fee was paid. At this point, I've had it. I do not think that Dr. Feldman's office is working to take care of their patients. In fact, I feel like this is a group that is taking care of themselves, at the expense of their patients. No thank you. Doctors should be more interested in relationships with their patients, than bringing in new patients and trickling them down to the younger, less experienced clinicians.

My family and I can't speak highly enough about the fantastic service received by all who work at IFHA, from the moment we walk in to the moment we walk out. Nurse Jacqui Trcka is especially fantastic, she has been our main provider for almost 4 years and has provided exceptional guidance and help for their medical wellbeing and care.

If I could rate zero stars I would! My experience with the "wellness program" was almost identical to that of another reviewer. When I questioned the qualifications of the admin teaching the wellness courses, I was told that she was "in the process of completing a program to become a life coach." So, essentially, she has zero qualifications. (When I signed up for the "wellness program," I was lead to believe that the instructors would be experts in the field.)Definitely not worth your money, and as stated in another review, absolutely no information that isn't very readily available online. You don't need to pay a secretary $3-$6K to tell you you ought to eat more vegetables than candy.
