I was completely suprised with service. I scheduled an appt and requested anyone specialized in Grief Counseling. I had someone with Zero therapeutic communication, multiple times the therapist was asking for clarification - meaning - she did not following my concerns, Shoe looks like she is lost and dont know what to say or ask me. Of the end she told me you need to sleep more and eat more, buy some snacks. In general the person I saw had no idea about Grief Counseling. After that she wanted me schedule f/u appt.....

We have a 9 year old who has been living with us for about 8 months now. She has had a lot of trauma in her past and for that reason and many more we sought out counseling services for her. Robyn Ozelis is the therapist we have been working with and she has been wonderful. Each time she meets with our daughter she includes us either at the beginning or the end of the session so we can make sure they are focusing on the most current issues our daughter is working through, and also to make sure my husband and I are up to speed on how we can best support her at home. This therapy group came through for us when we were desperate and Robyn continues to amaze us with the work she puts in with our daughter. We are so grateful to have found MCHH and especially Robyn.

Have noticed a dramatic positive change since my son has been going here. He calls his therapist Robyn a Superhero. Grateful for the office and the work that they do.
