I am just very upset for my time wasted with this team that schedule the Appointments. I got Dr Kondelis referred by my Ortho Dr. for an ESI injection. I called his office yesterday around 9:00 a.m. and a girl after taking all mine and insurance info told me that she was going to call me back in an hour. After waiting for about 6 hours I called back and they told me that they were short staffed but before noon next day I was going to get a call. It's past 1 p.m. and nothing. I will call another Dr. Were I get treated by responsible staff. So disappointed.

Dr. Kondelis takes the time to explain and answer questions you have during visits and over the phone. I find him to be a nice doctor. He does steroid injections very quickly. However, he didn't ask me if I was ready before he began, which I would have appreciated, especially for the first injection when I didn't know what to expect. The first time I was barely sedated, and I had a panic attack after the second injection because of the pain. However, he cared for me during the panic attack by checking in in between other patients, and he brought me a cold towel, ice, and cookies to help with my anxiety. Overall he is a good doctor who wants his patients to get better.

Dr.Kendolis and his team of nurses are the best and they are treating me for my CRPS and permanent nerve damage.Dr Kendolis is highly professional and very precise with his work! I just can't thank him and his team enough for the professional care and he has helped me so much in this journey of hell I'm in.I had a bad surgery and he is just the best! From diagnosing me and giving me the correct procedures that give me relief! He just is outstanding and so professional and this you don't see too often. I recommend coming to this location if your in need of any help! Dr. Kedolis will give you his knowledge and skillful hand help you with any chronic pain or debilitating conditions. I've been going here for a couple of yrs and he's highly eduecated and i recommend anyone to come to his office to see this thought ful amazing man and so professional .

I began seeing Dr. Kondelis following a failed back fusion. Dr. Kondelis and his staff made me feel like they care about getting me better. Dr. Kondelis never gave up trying to make me better throughout the many procedures he performed on me. Dr. Kondelis saved my life and has allowed me to get back to living a normal life. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Kondelis.

I've been seeing Dr Kondelis since 2014. He's been an immense help for my pain. I have the utmost respect for his knowledge & abilities. For some, he may not seem the most congenial doctor they've ever seen, but he knows his stuff. If you give him the chance, you'll be happy you did. Not every condition is as treatable as we'd like, but I'm confident if he has a way (with over 30 yrs successful experience), he will do the best that's available.

Rude, self centered and unprofessional are a few words that I would use to describe Mr. K. I will not give him the respect of calling him Dr. He does not deserve or warrant such a title. Honestly ... I can think of a few words besides MR but I don’t want to stoop to his level. Do yourself a favor and look for a real Dr.

So very cold, doesn’t remember your case at all, screws up the procedures, failed to put me to sleep and my husband heard me screaming down the hall!, worst staff. The only one I like is the office manager who took my side with the doctor and screamed at him because of how he was treating me and because he was all over the place! It’s like he has amnesia or something! He should retire! He’s very cold and I don’t even feel like a person when I’m with him. He doesn’t listen to you and has no empathy. He’s so conceded and puts so many doctors down in front of you! I definitely recommend you doing your research before you come here!

He disregards any questions or concerns that you have. His bedside manner is that of a Dr working at a Maximum Security PRISON.

I don't know what I would do without Dr.Kondelis. He is a fantastic doctor. I love the office and the staff, so very nice and friendly. His associate Paulie is the very best.
