Office is clean, organized and has friendly staff. I appreciate the prompt and consistent communication I’ve receive from this location. Always given clear and compassionate instructions throughout in person testing. Easy to get to location for a suburban address. Since near highway and also right off the main road. I also appreciate how quickly and available appointments are for care.

Dr Wood Molo is always very friendly and personable and we are so lucky to have her as our doctor. All of the staff were incredibly kind. Could not recommend more if in need of fertility specialists.

I felt welcome and safe as soon as I walked in. Chrissy was fantastic! It was a smooth process with bloodwork and an ultrasound. I recommend this place to others as it’s welcoming of everyone. 🌈

Love the oak brook location! Super friendly staff, great phlebotomists and little wait times. I love the ultrasound tech Pragati - she is fantastic. I worked with her in the Chicago location and I’m so glad she’s here in Oak Brook!

Chrissy and Ale at the front desk are amazing, always helpful, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Pragati, the ultrasound specialist, is outstanding and made every appointment comfortable and stress-free. Keya from the lab is incredible at drawing blood, I never feel any pain when she does it. Overall, the team at Pinnacle Fertility feels like family, and I highly recommend them for their professionalism, care, and genuine compassion.
