Reproductive Medicine Institute's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Elena Trukhacheva is the best physician. She is our third specialist. Very kind, positive and professional. She did not treat me from based on my BMI, which is great. My first specialist overmedicated me based on my BMI and I did not get any pregnancy with him. Second specialist was good, but I feel his treatment was not good for me. With Dr. Trukhacheva she found the right treatment and we’re blessed her beautiful daughter. I highly recommend Dr. Trukhacheva. I was already giving up. Thank God we found her and she made a dream come true🙏🏻💗

Unfortunately, this place seems very unorganized or accommodating. Plus, the director told me one of their doctors has " a rule" never to be on time. I had set an appointment 3 weeks in advance, they bumped it back 15 minutes last minute, and then we waited for 25 minutes from the new time with no idea if the doctor would ever come. I lost my entire plan and lunch time waiting on a doctor who no showed. I still don't know what my results mean which was the most disappointing part. Looking elsewhere for support.

These people are absolutely horrible. This was our first child. We did the testing and everything. They but both embryos and the one did not make. There was no direction given it was more of a throw you to the wolves and figure it out yourself approach. They are completely useless and rude. I would recommend finding a better place that actually cares about you.

Everyone at RMI (Oak Brook) is nothing but amazing! From the front desk to the techs to nurses and drs everyone truly makes you feel comfortable. They are passionate about what they do, ensure you understand and are always willing to answer any questions. They helped me and my wife have a beautiful daughter and we are forever grateful. I recommend them to anyone in need of fertility assistance. They truly are the best!

Dr Rana and his staff is the best. Mariola and Dr Rana have been working with me for 7 years now. I was able to naturally conceive my son after my laparoscopy. They treat me like family and respect my wishes and choices. They are the best!

This was the WORST reproductive institute- and I am writing this review after going to other reproductive clinics. This is NOT a review based on my success rate of pregnancy, but a review on the initial consultation and first appointment for egg freezing. I'll start with all they care about is money. When I went in for blood work and an ultra sound (which also was a horrible experience and I'll get to that), I went to the front desk to find out next steps, i.e when I should expect to get my results, and she immediately goes "have you spoke to the billing department, the cost is ~$5K, are you ready to pay right now?"...I just got my blood work done, I don't know if I'm going forward with the… More

By far the most amazing clinic. To have a place with an amazing staff and a great atmosphere makes the world of a difference.

I Used this location in 2020 for my first baby, Dr Rana was amazing, his staff was great. Always very attentive and helpful. And the billing department was on point with my medical cost and patient portion. Blessed that my insurance covered majority of the IVF process. But the things I needed to pay out of my own cost, they worked with me on an affordable payment plan. Very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you guys so much helping me achieve my goal to be a mommy!! 🏻

I cannot be clearer: do not come to RMI. Their providers are great, but the billing department are the most incompetent people that I’ve ever worked with. We had to fight lazy, unpleasant people every step of the way to just file the right claims to save us thousands of dollars. At one point I had to three way call in a representative from my insurance company to tell the person in charge of billing what to do. She accused the insurance rep of fraud. When we finally told them that the experience was unsatisfactory, they immediately said they would no longer do business with us. Mid-IVF round. No notice.
