Not sure why im being asked to review Behavioral clinic weve never visited Behavioral. *This review is intended for Keyser Clinic.
Que día más traumante. No hay nadie que te ayude en español. Hay un tremendo protocolo que se que lo hacen por el vien de los niños. Pero aveces atraza tanto un simple examen.
My grandson spent 6 days in this hospital which is two hours away from where we live. We visited three times and I spent one overnight so his mother could take a break from being confined to the room. She couldn’t leave since he was scared without her; and she couldn’t even walk the halls with him since he was hooked up to oxygen. Anyway, I would like to say that every single person working at this hospital was very helpful, caring, and always willing to ask if anything else was needed. I would highly recommend this friendly and competent hospital. As life goes, there is always room for a suggestion. Hospital policy only allows 2 visitors at a time including parents. We traveled 2 hours. There were three of us in the car. I believe it was an unnecessary hassle to have us take turns. We were told it was because of COVID concerns. The three of us breathing each other’s air in the car for 2 hours plus the fact that hugs and kisses were exchanged by all, makes the COVID excuse invalid. I would encourage the hospital to perhaps lighten the restrictions for people who have to travel a distance. Even if you need to show a driver’s license to prove it. I can understand the restriction for people living within perhaps 30-45 minutes because people can coordinate their visiting times.
Hi, This was my daughter's and I first time at this hospital, and I must say this was hands down the best experience we've had at a hospital. The staff was awesome in every way, they are very professional and thorough. They checked off every box so that they can help us find answers to my daughter's illness. They made us feel at ease, comfortable and very special. Cudos to the team at Advocate Childrens Hospital, I'd recommend everyone with kids to definitely choose this hospital. Thank you all sincerely, THE STRONG'S.
The waiting time is always HORRIBLE never coming here again!
If i could rate them 0 i would. I felt very much discriminated. My family was the first black family there this morning & literally everyone that came in after us went straight from emergency room to see a doctor. While we wait 2 1/2 - 3 hours !!!! Watch 6-7 families walk straight through. Their excuse “ oh, we go by how severe patients conditions are” bullshhh , it was definitely racial and they choose a easy excuse to cover up the discrimination. Will never be back .
My daughter has been seen five times in the ER since 2020 for the same situation . Two out of those five times she’s been admitted. She’s been seen by two specialist, infectious disease doctor and immunologist which either can figure what’s wrong with her. For two years she’s been experiencing reoccurring cellulitis that is what they’re calling it. It started on her hands but now has spread to her feet. This is draining because every time it happens we end up back at the ER. Infectious Disease doctor told us to treat it with Benadryl which is used for allergies but they have not even performed an allergy test on her. Also, we were told to treat it aggressively. Why treat it with Benadryl, if we don’t even know if this is an allergic reaction. Each time she is been sent home with antibiotics then next month it happens again. Just a bunch of medical students (residents) with a bunch of “I don’t knows”. Worse hospital ever. I don’t recommend at all. Will literally send you home worse than what you came in with. Won’t be back. Also will be changingPCP. This last time we spent three full days in the hospital with NO RESULTS. Left with yet another bottle of antibiotics. Please if you could go else where please do. Wonderful nurses, ANNA, DAVI, AND A FEW MORE ALL ON 2R. TERRIBLE DOCTORS!
Amazing! That’s the best word I can think of from my experience with the staff at Christ Hospital PEDIATRICS ER unit. We had to visit twice due to a traumatic event and everyone (from the security guards to the nurses, staff and volunteer workers) were super kind and understanding. The doctor and nurses were very thorough with my child and I’ve never experienced such professionalism and care at a medical care facility before … especially in an emergency room situation where tensions are high. I can even go as far as to say that I felt the care they gave us would have been the same care given to their own child!!! That’s how good we were treated!!!! The staff and doctors were so kind that they even brought in a bed for me (mom) to sleep on as they knew it was going to be an all nighter for us….picture attached. I know in my heart that wouldn’t have been offered had they needed it for another patient (that day they weren’t as busy as I expected) and I can tell you it also made my child feel better having mom right next to the bed. In the future, I will definitely be making the ride to this hospital rather than the ones closer to me if the situation allows. You can trust the doctors and staff here with your babies and I’d highly recommend Advocate Christ Hospital Pediatrics ER for any child emergency situation! They are top notch over there and seriously a God sent! The staff were nothing short of my angels during this time and I want to publicly thank them all!!! 😇 ❤️
Worst hospital I have ever been. They have as wait more than 7 hours in emergency room with my 11 months burning in fever. Disgusting management. Definitely not recommend to come here for emergencies

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
