List of Advocate Christ Center For Breast Care's Reviews
I'm very surprised to see the low ratings. I have no complaints at all. I've only had very good service here. The staff has always been pleasant, caring and attentive to my needs. We're all human and subject to mistakes. Thank you to the staff for all that you do.
Went for my screening this morning. Breast cancer runs in our family. My blood panel revealed I have a high chance of developing cancer in the next 5 years. They scheduled my appointment ASAP. I was in two days later, which is today. I was scheduled at 6:30. I was done and in my vehicle at 7:16 am. I understand some women have mentioned the wait. I will give them some grace and say they really do move as quickly as they can, without jeopardizing the accuracy of your results. This is cancer, you want them to do this correctly with a careful eye. Walk in, sign in at kiosk by door. They’ll call you right away to desk. Sit down. It was about a 20-25 minute wait. But it moved very quickly. Katie, my technician, you are an angel. Thank you for doing the Lords work. God bless you and your family, may you continue to serve. Suggestion-try for an early morning appointment if you can. Two breasts x 10 women…it takes time.
I've been coming here for about 10 years & have always had a good experience. Was here a few days ago for a mammogram & DEXA scan. As soon as the mammogram was finished, I went straight in for the DEXA scan. Both techs. were pleasant & the DEXA scan one assisted me when I needed help getting off the exam table.
This is the most unprofessional place in the advocate system. I wish zero was an option. They should be CLOSED. They schedule appts, pre-bill and requesting payment before services are rendered and presenting a bill like the insurancehas already paid them. They have been reported. They have no compassion for the amount of stress this process causes for woman. It is so wrong to set an appointment and then try to tell you that you don't know your own body and what you need. People need to stay in their lane. Bridget and Juanita. The doctors approved my service and it is not their busibody business to out right refused to complete my services as written. I had no problem 2 years ago with the exact same order, but will not be back. Don't go there unless you want to just be used for your billable insurance dollars. They do not care about serving woman needs.
Zero complaints, great hard working facility. As well run as every other Advocate Facility I’ve been to. I don’t get the bad reviews at all. You walk in and check in on the Kiosk or at the desk, wait a little and get called in. For the amount of patients at the facility and the fact that they give you the results during your visit, this is probably the fastest medical facility you can go to.
Phenomenal experience. Sandy, Debbie, Natalie and Dr Saini were phenomenal very professional and kind and reassuring
Arrived 9:50, I was yelled at sign in! I said good morning. The appointment is at 10 and it is now 10:50, running behind on schedule is the usual excuse.why have us arrive 15 minutes early if you can even honor the appointment time. I have an idea, don’t book appointments more than you can handle. Update: called in @11pm for 10pm appointment. Update 2: it is now 12:15 and my mother is still inside for a mammogram. Spoke to the receptionist and she said she will let me know. Update 3: 12:50 she still has not “let me know”. I asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor. Manager explained that she would speak to Natika (the receptionist) because we should not take one and a half hour to be called in. We end up leaving 1pm
Staff always courteous and professional. Feel very comfortable with the staff.
If I could give this place no stars I would! I had an appt for an US booked for almost a month before a lady name Francine called and told me in order for me to get the US I would need a mammogram. Well I dont want one and it's my choice just as it is there choice to refuse to provide service to me due to there "protocol" is what Francine kept saying. Protocol is fine but if I'm asking you to send me this in writing thats also my right! She didnt offer any alternatives just said "well we will take you off the schedule" Rude and has no compassion she should not be working in a business like this
I chose this place because I thought they would be the best... I was wrong... The girl that performed my mammogram was very careless and rough... It hurt more than any mammogram I've ever had! My second appt to this facility (after waiting a month and a half!) was for an Ultrasound because something was suspicious on the Mammogram.... When I arrived for my Ultrasound, they told me I needed to do another mammogram, (The same girl as last time!) before I could get an ultrasound..... I told them Absolutely Not!! There's no point in getting tortured again for Nothing.... Because I wouldn't do another mammogram, they refused to do the ultrasound...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
