The whole Athletico physical therapy community were very professional and were informative of my issues that I was going through. Deeply appreciative with their service across the board, they will go above and beyond for their patients.

I started physical therapy with Athletico in September 2021 after having a total knee replacement with the physical therapist (Leena) assigned to my case. Let me begin by saying how AWESOME Leena has been in helping me get back on my feet! When I started working with her, I was feeling a little down because my recovery up to that point was difficult and slow. However, after after a few months working with Leena, I started to feel much better and my confidence returned and soon I was almost back to normal! Thanks to Leena my knee surgery is almost a distance memory! I highly recommend going to Athletico for your physical needs! PS. Cindy the office Coordinator is Awesome as well.

This is the best facility hands down. Beginning with Cynthia the intake person. Cynthia is always upbeat and cheerful. The staff is terrific! My appointments were with Leena. She was awesome. I also had Amy.. Same. Kelly Tyrone Stella all so professional and friendly. I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend this facility.

We got great results. After a few weeks of treatment, my son’s ankle was better than ever. The people there are very friendly. My son liked going there.

Leena and Kelly were super helpful in helping my son recover from an ankle injury. They were at all times professional and courteous and patient with answering our questions. While we hope not to have another injury, in the event of one, we will definitely be returning to Athletico Oak Lawn East.

I came to Athletico for pelvic floor physical therapy. Sounds invasive and scary right?! I was terrified and honestly looking for a reason to neglect the therapy. My therapist, Dr. Leena is so welcoming and helped me understand the science behind what we would be doing, why and how. She's made this process so much easier and I'm honestly seeing noticeable results after each visit! And in case you were wondering, pelvic floor therapy is up close and personal, but it doesn't feel that way once you relax and realize that your pain is being gently relieved in real time. I wish I had known about this therapy Street having children, but I'm glad I'm treating this now. The staff here is really nice, everyone is accommodating and prompt. Speaking of prompt, I never wait long even when it's busy. If I'm running a bit late, I get a phone call check in. Scheduling and rescheduling for timely appointments are top notch.

I was treated by Julie at The Oak Lawn - Pulsaki - Athletico location for total knee replacement of both knees (not at the same time). Julie and the entire staff were very helpful and engaged in my progress during recovery. Choosing a location is such an uncertainty, but I was fortunate to be personally referred to Julie. Any PT office can line up equipment and exercises for a patient, but Julie demonstrated genuine interest in how I was feeling during and in between therapy sessions. She explained what was physically happening with my recovery, asking about overall and specific activities and how well I was sleeping. She provided great reports for my surgeon. At my follow up appointment with my surgeon, he was amazed at my recovery progress, stating I was doing way better than almost any of his other patients after total knee replacement surgery. I give credit to Julie with her expertise and her care and concern for my well being and recovery. Update: Although my therapy with Julie was the best, I am still getting bills and threats for my account to be sent to collections 13 months since my last appointment. I have paid every balance due on time, yet today I received a letter threatening to send a past due balance of $12.86 to collections if I do not pay in 5 days. It should be noted, I have received no correspondence from Athletico in the last 4 months and now I receive this threat of collections. Now this location is screwing with my credit score because they can't manage their billing?
