It’s places like this that u wish negative five stars was an option. The wait time is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I go in with an appointment expecting to be out within the hour and I end up staying in there for 3 hours!! I can’t believe ppl still continue to go there. I think the aesthetics of the place is the only thing luring people in otherwise everything else is a joke. One time I went in to pick up a school paper for my child. I had called the day before to make sure they had it ready for me the next day. I ended up waiting for a whole hour even though my child didn’t need to be seen by the doctor and I ended up leaving the office empty handed without the school paper that I needed. 🤦🏻♀️ The initial doctor that we used to see (Ayman Rawda) is never there anymore. Instead he has random nurse practitioners come in so every time we’re there we see someone new.
