Daniel Troy's Online Review Report Card

I was called the day before my important and told I had to reschedule my appointment due to an emergency surgery. Although two days before I had called to confirm the appointment time there was no mention of this. I was given the option to reschedule for the end of November or an earlier appointment time the day off. The only problem I have to request time off from work and due to protocols would not be able to make a last minute request. The absolute rudeness of the staff I spoke with and given no other option after having to wait some time for this initial appointment I had to cancel. I need care but I don’t need it from you! I’m mad my doctor even referred me. I can’t even imagine the type of treatment I would receive.

Dr Troy was thorough caring and professional. He took his time and explained my condition. His staff was also excellent. I highly recommend dr troy and his staff.

This doctor overbooks his patients and then cancels appointments when he can't see everyone. This doctor is interested in money, not patients. I took a day off work and waited over an hour only to be told the doctor left for an emergency surgery, but the tech said the hospital threatened to cancel the surgery if he did not get there in 20 minutes. Cancel the surgery? So how is that an emergency? Clearly, he has a reputation for overbooking. I rescheduled (more than a month in advance) and the office called again to reschedule because the doctor had another surgery the same day. I made an appointment with another doctor at another practice the next week. Didn't have to wait for a month. Do not go to this doctor. He is interested in making money, not his patients.

Dr Troy is always takes time to answer any of your questions ad explain what is wrong and explain what he is going to do to help you get better. He is never I a hurry to push you out of office . He has been helping my husband and I for 4 years and did highly recommend him and his manner is very compassionate. I have been a seeing Dr.Troy and Adam PA. Since 2018.. while watching be seen it can be a long wait at times but to me it was worth it. I have never felt like my time was rushed. The treatment including injections for pain and surgeries From them has been great. The front office staff is always Patient and helpful. For about 1 year now and most recently . The surgery scheduling department has been horrible I have been waiting going on close to 2 months just to be scheduled for pain injections. So for pain management injections I am now looking at other options..

I was treated for emergency hip fracture surgery by Dr Troy. I was treated in a kind and compassionate manor. I am healing with no complications. He is a true professional.

Today I was seen by Dr Troy and his caring staff. From Kim at the front desk to his PA and his nurse who took my x-rays. All of these people treated me with respect, helped me with what I needed. Dr. Troy answered all my questions, showed me my knee on the xrays so I knew what he meant. After explaining to me what my treatment choices were he explained them fully to me. He is really good at shots! I was nervous at first but will not be in future visits thanks to my experience today.

Great doctor. Very personable.
