Yes, I should take better care of myself and see the doctor regularly, but if you don’t schedule recurring appointments, they discharge you from the practice and you are unable to return. No letter, no warning, etc.

I've gone to Dr Cooper over 20 years. She is a phenomenal Physician

Dr. Cooper is compassionate, thorough, and has never rushed me through an appointment. I’ve always had any and all questions answered regarding my health. You won’t find a more caring doctor. She really takes a full scope healing approach-physical, mental, and emotional. I’m so blessed to have found her! Also, the staff at the office has for years been courteous and accommodating.

Dr. Cooper would be fun to hang out with but I wouldn't take her seriously as a doctor because she didn't take my symptoms seriously and I had to find another doctor to get a diagnosis. She did try to sell me products from her skin care side hustle during my appointment too.

Dr. Hosso-Cooper is extremely kind and I think she is a great doctor. However, I never seem to get an appointment with her. She has very limited availability and I always see someone covering for her. I’m giving one star because the worst thing about this place is the front desk staff. They are extremely rude. Every time I come here, I think maybe they are just having a bad day and I give them the benefit of the doubt... but today solidified that they are just rude, careless, and unprofessional. Too bad that Dr. Hosso-Cooper (and the other doctors in the group practice, I’m sure) are losing patients due to their arrogant and unprofessional staff. I overheard two ladies in the waiting room complaining about how they were treated too when they heard what the two staff members were saying to me. I am definitely going elsewhere for medical needs without a doubt after today. I originally wanted to be seen because my blood pressure spiked to 192/120 and though they seemed alarmed, they said they hadn’t heard back from my insurance (it had been about 20 minutes) and the doctor couldn’t see me. They told me “go see urgent care” even though I’ve been a patient here for about six years and had an appointment for today.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper for close to 10 years, she and her staff at Lawn Medical are awesome! Her referrals and the two procedures I had were spot on!! When I retire to The Florida Keys I will continue to come back for my check-ups at Lawn Medical with Dr. Cooper !!! They are all just great people!!!

I’m only giving this “doctor” one star because zero isn’t an option. She is never available and when she was, the last time I saw her, I was walking out because I was tired of waiting for her. You’d think 45 minutes past your appointment time is excessive...she doesn’t though. The icing on the cake? She delivered life-altering information in regards to my health in the hallway as she was walking past me. SUPER PROFESSIONAL!! “Oh, by the way...” She’ll also try to sell you skin care products. I was the fool who was duped by her. She decided, without my consent, to sign me up for auto-ship ($135 taken out of my account every month) and to be a “preferred” customer (another $20)! Do yourself a favor, run as fast as you can from her. She’s a terrible doctor and not a good person in general.

Won't let you see specialists. Does not warn you about future complications of issues you have. I have never seen anything like this before.

Normally I write good reviews, however in this situation it is not an option. My husband went to this doctor with inflammation issues. He was told his only option was to take a $2000 a month medication that would help with inflammation but would also cause him to go to the emergency room if he had any issue, even a cold. There were no alternative options given. Diet change, other medications, etc. We then realized there was a follow up appointment scheduled, created by the doctors office and then sending us a notification, he and I both called to cancel it the day before, however it was not within the 24 hour window, three hours shy, so they billed us. We had never done this before and there was no warning/courtesy. That was the grand finale to put me over the edge to submit this review. I just hope you are aware of this when considering this doctor and also research a second opinion for your own health sake.
