An amazing Doctor!

The best Doctor around hands down. The staff is so accommodating. I truly have never had such an amazing doctor like Dr. Dinkha she takes her patients seriously and cares for each of her patients. I would disagree with the bad reviews because anytime you go to a doctor office you’re going to have to wait. She was a breath of fresh air! I truly appreciate the office

I went to see the doctor for sore throat. I gave staff insurance card but they sent the info to my old insurance. Now, I am stuck with a bill for $320. First, they made me wait an hour in the lobby. then another 30 minutes in the room waiting for the doctor. and after about 10 minutes, the examination of my throat was done. now, I am stuck trying to make a claim for the amount of $320. even after a couple of months, I faxed my correct insurance info to the staff and they still did not bill the correct insurance. now 10 months later, I am getting invoice from doctors billing office for the full amount since the staff did not bill the insurance. doctor is good but the staff is awful. I will not be going back to this doctor.

Dr. Dinkha has a good bed side manner and is very professional, however her office staff needs training. I have waited three weeks for a referral and they keep making excuses and hanging up the phone. Dr Dinkha office manager has not resolved this issue and is incompetent. My experience was very disheartening I am seeking new health care. Also the referral dept and other staff in the office have created a more stessful situation compounding my stress due to my health situation

Dr. Dinkhas office very over booked it is very hard to get an appointment and when you finally do most times you will be waiting a good half hour to fourty five minutes after your scheduled time to even be called into a room. Dr Dinkha seems like a decent doctor but doesn't really listen to patients probably because she has so many people to see. I spoke with two nurses and a guy who was on training and by the time the doctor came in i still had to explain everything again to her.

she doesn;t listen and explains nothing,you have to wait for ever and then she doesn;t recall you from one visit to another,she has the patients and money but poor doctor services
