Robert Chalupczak's Online Review Report Card

I was very sick back in March. A lot of people were taking tamiflu at the time. He was the one on call for the weekend so I left a message. He never called me back. The next day I had to leave another message saying I didn't want my kids to get sick and the urgency of me needing something called in. He called back then and it was like pulling teeth to get him to call in a prescription. I know other people who their Dr right away without any trouble calls in a scrip for them. I'm glad he's not my regular Dr.

This Doctor Robert Chalupczal , he wouldn't even give me a doctor slip to return back to work, after calling for a whole week. Doctor's office he had a nurse to call me and tell me that he's not giving me a doctor slipped and return back to work because he didn't tell me to take off, so I had to go to urgent care to get a doctor slip to return back to work, then my blood pressure was high I called them up to let him know and he did nothing about it I had to run to go to the emergency room, I would not recommend this doctor

This doctor Doctor Robert is No good, I would not have him again for a Dr, he is Very bad

Dr. Chalupczak is a caring dedicated physician. Every visit is informative and encouraging.

I have been seeing Dr Chalupczak for years now and am disappointed with the office. I was trying to make an appointment due to a car accident I was in and they wanted me to pay 200.00 up front. I have health insurance with a co-pay of 45.00. I contacted my insurance and they stated the would pay for office visits just like any other claim. I informed the office of this and they refused to bill my insurance. I am changing Dr and will never go to this office again. Stay away.

I have been seeing Dr Chalupczak for years. I recently was in a car accident and needed to follow up with him. I have health insurance. I called to make an appt. and was told I would be a self pay because I was in an accident. They would not bill my health insurance. I called my health insurance and they said they would pay for the visit just like any visit. I told this to the office and they did not care. They were more concerned with me paying them 200.00 up front. My co-pay with insurance is only 45.00. I am very disappointed in this office and how it is run. The Drs also should e more concerned about their patients. I am switching Drs and will never go back there. They are not concerned about my health.

My wife had an appointment today so that she could get her prescription refilled. We walked into the office 6 minutes late. We waited another minute or so before we were waited on. The receptionist said that because we were 7 minutes late that the doctor would probably not see us. We explained to her that we a lot of traffic because of the rain and there was no where to park as reasons for being 7 minutes late. After explaining to her our reasons for being late she told us that we were now 10 minutes late. We had another doctors appointment in a hour and a half and we told the receptionist that we couldn’t wait to see if they could fit us in. I guess it’s time to find a new doctor.

Dr. Robert Chalupczak is an extremely caring and talented doctor. He is a very nice person and gives me his full attention during my visits. His knowledge of medicine, experience and helpfulness make me feel comfortable and well cared for. On a few occasions, he referred me to excellent specialists who expressed great respect for him as soon as I mentioned his name. At one time, when I had to go to the emergency room, all the hospital personnel I came in contact with were very complimentary about him. Whenever a family member or friend would accompany me on my doctor visits and into the examining room, they were extremely impressed with his knowledge, the care he gave me, and that he was so gracious and kind to them. I whole-heartedly recommend this fine physician to anyone and personally feel very fortunate to have found him.

Dr. Robert Chalupczak is the most caring doctor I've ever had. He went out of his way to check on me and referred me to very excellent specialists as needed. I will never see anyone else!
