nurses unprofessional & rude been waiting in the ER for 6 hours still haven’t been seen do not go here

Trash, bad service, alot of waiting, unprofessional staff

So mad I came here since 8pm its now 2in the morning and still here in the ER waiting

Emergency room service extremely slow and staff very unhelpful. From from desk triage to staff in triage all were unhelpful and unfriendly.

If you are a young person in general like a young adult, the staff here treat you as if you don't know what you're talking about when you explain something to them. I came to this hospital after passing out at school, and paramedics brought me to Christ. I was alone at first then my boyfriend meets me in the waiting room when I was about to go to the front desk for discharge papers. A blonde woman in a white coat insisted I stay until I see a doctor. I told her what a nurse told me previously less than hour before she makes that comment. The nurse said they will just do blood work then I can leave. They said I was good to go. The lady in the coat refused to believe what I was told from the nurses who drew blood. She then raises her voice at my boyfriend saying no visitors can be in the waiting room. There were quite a few visitors sitting in the waiting room. She only targeted my boyfriend and me. Another nurse called me to the back to get more blood drawn, and I tell her I already had blood drawn. I tell her how the directions the nurses are giving are confusing because I was told different things. I wait for 3-4 hours, and still no doctor saw me. I explained everything to my parent who was not able to come visit me at the time what was going on. He came into the office and spoke to some nurses who did a check up then took me home. The staff saw an opportunity for someone who was alone, young, and vulnerable to screw over or talk down on the person as if they were unintelligent.

Worst Hospital I’ve ever been to! My son experienced a head injury while playing with our Doberman. I immediately called his primary dr who’s out of state due to us barely moving to IL. I was instructed to ice his head and if he get worse call back. He was fine all night. I continued to care for him at home but noticed my son was experiencing neck pain and was walking oddly. I called his primary drs office and they instructed me to go to the hospital and not give Ibuprofen in case of a concussion. When we finally got to a room, we were first seen by a student who was asking us what happened. My son is shy and didn’t want to speak to her. I told her what he told me and at the end of her asking us questions, she says “Is there anything us you’d like to tell me?” In a accusing tone! My husband and I were thrown by this and I asked what exactly does she mean. When she left it took forever for someone to see my son! We were then meet by several more drs, each one coming in alone to ask us the same questions we already answered. After a few Hours of no one actually trying to check my son All the drs including the student came back to our room. The male dr looked at and asked the female drs “is the story the same?” I was in complete shock and am still disgusted by this! When I followed up w our primary I told him how we were treated and he was also shocked! He also said our son shows no signs of abuse and didn’t understand why we were being treated as so. Weeks later we get forms from a Law company again questioning my son’s visit! Few more weeks pass and now we’re getting the entire bill from the hospital. When we called our insurance company we were told the hospital staff Flagged us so basically our bill was on hold going to our insurance! Are you kidding me!!!! I’m so disgusted by the accusations that were placed on myself and my family! I would never take my son here again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! This hospital is a complete joke! Save your time and go elsewhere! I wish I could zero stars!

They had ample opportunity to provide the honest care I was seeking, but instead chose to act in an untimely manner on irreparable life-changing matters.

I love everything about this hospital nurse are great doctors everybody just amazing people and clean
