I was in the hospital he stepped in the room asked what insurance did I have and Jen proceeded to leave after he left his business card and was saying no way he will deal with me having out of state insurance!! Insisting that he just got off the phone with another patient insistence and he won’t deal with it again! For that he has ruined my credit because he charged me 500$ for an encounter that never occurred . Just want to tell people this is not an honest way to live by frauding people and insurances
