Let me start by saying that I don’t like needles… but I needed to try this for my health! I suffer from migraines and Yosef helped me have more than 2 months without one! Yay.. unless you have them, you don’t know how good life is without them! A lot of other small health issues I am experiencing seem to get better .. little by little! Last night it was my last session but for sure I will go back if need be! Thank you for your knowledge and kindness and good manners! Much appreciated!

I was going to write about a refund dispute I had with Yosef Pollack about my pre paid visits. But that was resolved. Now I'm writing about how he ruined the nerve in my left arm and hand. I had a list of different problems when I first met with him. The two main ones being. Difficult breathing and Neuropathy. He said both are treatable. On my 5th visit. The pain was going from my arm muscle all the way down to the tip of my index finger where you could see the two red marks. One below my muscle. And the other between the thumb and index finger, that the needles made. He didn't know what to say except we won't do that arm today, and put what smelled like Ben Gay on the pain area and used a small roller a few times. Both were worthless. After I was home. I Googled about the pain I was having. It said it should only last up to 24 hours. And if I don't see any improvements after 4-6 visits. Acupuncture won't work for me. I called Yosef to say I won't be coming back anymore. It's been 4 weeks of pain and feeling like the needles are still stuck in my arm. And pain every time I try bending or using my index finger. I now have to look for an attorney and decide if I'm going to file a malpractice lawsuit against him.

I am so grateful I decided to get acupuncture with Yosef. I was overwhelmed with stress and my body was feeling the affects before acupuncture. During my first session I felt an immediate sense of calm in my heart. After every session I felt more and more like myself again . Acupuncture will always be part of my life. I felt heard and cared for and Yosef truly takes his time to provide care.
