11/10 Experience at Centre Physical Therapy! I came to Centre Physical Therapy with several concerns and walked out feeling like a new person. Not only do I feel better, I am also more equipped with what I need to do in my day-to-day life to maintain that progress. Hubert Zajac was my physical therapist throughout my entire time there, and I can't say enough great things about him. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and personable every step of the way. You can feel the passion he and the rest of the staff have for their work—they genuinely care about your health and well-being. As someone who's visited more than a dozen times for various treatments, I wouldn't hesitate to return. If you're in need of physical therapy, look no further—this is the place to go!

What a wonderful place! I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Nye, who is not only motivating but keeps it fresh so that you're working hard but having so much fun you don't notice. He challenged me while keeping a great sense of humor, even at 7a.m. I also worked with Natalie, who really dug into my balance issues and came up with some unique and creative exercises. The environment is very positive and upbeat, and the other therapists are friendly and encouraging as well. I highly recommend Centre to anyone with PT needs!

After a long experience with my shoulder and now my back… I know all of the therapists very well. They are all experts in what they do… but as I spend most of my time with. a couple therapists im gonna have to say that Shannon is my go to person for dry needling and Thomas… he has huge amounts of patience, very thorough and quite entertaining too! They both are able to quickly evaluate the problem and come up with effective strategies for improvement. All of their therapists are exceptional as our the very kind and efficient receptionists, Asha and Leslie. Centre Physical Therapy is my go to for any injury or body pain!

I have been coming to Centre Physical Therapy for about two months. I have found my therapist to be highly knowledgeable, modern in her treatment approach and relatable. I have gotten individualized treatment by the therapist each session which is different than other places I have been for PT. The environment is open, clean and inviting. I highly recommend Shannon and the rest of the team at Centre.

Centre has been a lifesaver for me and my go-to spot for any ailment I have. Shannon, in particular, has been great. She is so intuitive and flexible, often changing course of treatment based on needs or what is happening in a given week. There are many times that I remark she knows what hurts me before I do. Over the last 25 years, I have seen a range of physical therapists and chiropractors, ranging from chain to private groups. Centre Physical Therapy is the best I've been to. Shannon has successfully treated me for a variety of issues: postpartum/c-section care, chronic lower back pain, a pinched nerve, and neck pain. Her care has helped heal me and the stretches and strengthening exercises she has provided me have helped keep me the issues at bay. I'm so thankful for Centre and will never go anywhere else.

Based on an enthusiastic recommendation from a current client of Centre Physical Therapy of Oak Park, I too am now a client. I am receiving treatment to recover from a serious hip injury that left me flat on my back for over eight weeks.
