Found this office on BCBS IL website as being within my network. Office asked me to send medical card to verify they take my insurance and they said they do. Set up an appointment and then they called to say when they added my birthdate there was an error code. They thought maybe my card was out of date but it is not - I just used it with an eye doctor with no issue. They said they'd check but never called me back, and when I call the next afternoon there was no answer at the office and no voicemail (phone just rang and rang). Other office had voicemail message only - no employees. Offices are both listed as open on the day I called. No thanks!!

I have been extremely satisfied with the experts at Clear Skin in Oak Park. Dr. Jazayerli assisted me with the removal of several sun spots and he made me feel comfortable and ensured I was aware of follow up procedures. Most recently, I have seen Sarah Lupa for another skin condition. On my first visit with her, I received more information and guidance than my Primary Care doctor, who I visited several times. The office is friendly and the location is very convenient. Highly recommend!

I was taken in on time. Addressed all my questions and concerns. Guranteed with nothing to worry about my concerns and given advice as to how I can be screened yearly as my GP does. I was told in this office age is not discussed, i.e. "age related issues". It was a GREAT experiance since this was my first experience with a dermatologist in a little over half of century fir me. I will highy recommend and can't wait till my next visit. Thank you, and your team. R.H.

This was my first visit to the establishment and I came in with a head to toe list of issues that I wanted to address. Sarah Lupa PA, and Christina provided me with the utmost respect and understanding to every issue that I’d brought forward. Things that I had grown weary and concerned about, were diagnosed and put to ease. They are professionals very knowledgeable and serious about their business and time. The establishment was a recommendation of my Son, and I’m super impressed with how they conduct their business. Definitely thumbs up from me!
