Very fast and nice people. Loved their professionalism
My daughter was the last patient seen this Saturday 2/22/25. From the receptionist to the nurses and especially the attending physician, all I can say is that they gave an exceptional service. They answered all my questions well and were very reassuring. The doctor was very compassionate and caring.
I came here because I fell while 7 months pregnant and wanted to check if everything was okay. I call beforehand to ask if they have full ultrasound capabilities and they said they did. When I get checked in I ask to confirm and they still said they did. When the nurse came in he checked my blood pressure and confirmed the doctor would be able to check everything out. It wasn’t until the doctor came in that she said they did not have full capabilities and to check if everything was okay I would need to go to an emergency room. I got a bill for $500 just for getting my blood pressure checked and they refused to refund it saying they gave the appropriate medical care. I would not have came to this clinic if I was given the correct information when calling ahead of time. I do not recommend going here and will not be returning.
This is got to be the worse scheduling of appointments of my life, for 15 minutes I was transferred around just to get an appointment with no direction! These people are rude
Took an hour just to check in after online checkin said there was no wait. Absolute administrative sh*tshow. Dozens of people standing in line for an hour before checking in and taking a seat. This is where the medical community could learn from actual businesses.
If you can go to another urgent care center near by, I highly recommend to do so. Went there for my daughter to get bloodwork and an xray. We showed up on time but the lady didn’t check us in properly and so the phlebotomist left for the day. After 45 min of waiting they called us up to ask us why we were waiting and to tell us we weren’t checked in. The they tell us we have to go elsewhere for bloodwork. They took her lab work paperwork and sent us in for the xray. We left and it wasn’t until I reached the car that I realized they had taken all my paperwork! We had to go back up, wait in line and speak to the manager who had to dig through a pile of papers to find where they put my daughter’s lab work order. The manager was nice, but the place is disheveled office wise and needs a much better system for checking people into appointments like other Urgent Care places have down. I will not be back - and now have to spend another two hours getting bloodwork done for my kid elsewhere (which is not easy as a mom of three and the owner of a small business). If you’re looking to save time, go somewhere that is efficient.
Awful care, the NP did not take any concerns seriously. Extremely unprofessional demeanor.
Phenomenal doctors and nurses. Very rude phlebotomists.
Absolutely the worst experienced treatment ever by nurses in the ER of Edward Elmhurst Hospital., Elmhurst, IL. When asking a question or reacting to their rude behaviors, they call security to escort a family member after sitting with a loved one for over 7 hours causing additional emotional distress to the patient. They can be as rude and terse as they choose but when someone calls them out, they are entitled to treat you however they choose. Just another example of fallen institutions who in this case are sadly pathetic in patient and visitor treatment. Heavily encourage those seeking treatment with dignity and respect through an ER to go elsewhere.
They didn’t let me see a doctor because of an expired id I could of been dying or something serious

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
