Dr Obrien is great! Had a biopsy and was out in less than 20 minutes! Very quick and approachable.

I love this place, never had any issues and they treat you well.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, wait times are reasonable and the in/out time is terrific. The office appears to be run very efficiently as well.

I started treatment at this office in September 2023, with Dr. Regina Obrien. At my first visit, I submitted proof of all insurance coverages (which I have 2) I was treated approximately five times by Dr. Obrien, in which she was pleasant,and very informative, addressing all of my concerns. I started to receive bills for residual charges after my visits, but was consumed with the treatment of my condition. I paid the balances, but called my PPO to see if they were providing coverage. I was then informed that there had not been any charges submitted for the six visits thus far. I called the billing office on October 3rd, 2024, and was told by a male associate that I should have noticed the oversight sooner, and that was too many bills to resubmit! Needless to say, after repeated calls to my insurance carrier, the charges were submitted, and subsequently paid to the office. This payment resulted in a refund being due to me, and I have since been given three different stories concerning my refund 1) the check was mailed on Oct 30th 2) the check was mailed on Nov7th 3) the refund was just added to the LIST October 30th, and will take approximately 30 days to process. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this whole experience, considering that their billing policy requires a card be placed on file for any residual charges! Unheard of😫

Leah Bressler PA has been a great provider. She listens and explains things very thoroughly. I would recommend her!

EXTREMELY disappointed with my appointment at this practice. It is places like this in Oak Park where people virtue signal that they want to help all types of patients, but don't actually mean it. Because I do not have the money to own a printer I was almost not seen. (All intake is done by tablet/iPad, but the referral MUST be in paper??) Because I do not have an address to reliably receive mail I almost was unable to get medication prescribed to me. (They were unable to prescribe me medication that I could pick up at a pharmacy. Will have to get this mailed to a friend or family member which is humiliating and frustrating.) On top of this- as someone who is HOH it was difficult to hear them because they have white noise machines in the exam rooms. I'm thankful to the nurse who was able to turn it off so I could hear the doctor, but it was extremely frustrating that I had to request so many accommodations to receive care. Dr. Obrien barely spent any time with me for the headache it was to get the appointment and sort through the logistical nightmares of even getting to be seen. She also gave me a look and reacted strangely when I told her it was very difficult for me to receive mail and requested if there were any local pharmacy I could go to for pickup instead. I was told to come back for a follow up and it turns out my referral was only good for one appointment anyways. I guess I'll just figure it out.

I was referred by my orthopedic surgeon. Great friendly staff. The doctor was so nice and thorough. I already referred their office to my family members.

Dr. O’Brien and Leah are amazing! They finally helped me with my eczema that I’ve been dealing with for years. However, the front office person Michelle is extremely rude so it was a bittersweet experience.

Awesome Dermatology doctor, and staff, above and beyond from Regina and staff to get my treatment, very professional.

From the front desk, medical staff and Dr. O’Brien, I alway experience kind, professional service. I recommend wholeheartedly.
