The practice is genuine and patient centered in a way that is hard to find now a days.

Dr. Liu and her practice have been life-changing for me, and if you are thinking about switching to this practice, you should. Dr. Liu herself is knowledgeable and insightful: she thinks deeply and creatively about her patients' issues. She also listens better than any doctor I have seen. She is never in a hurry, and she replies to emails and phone calls very quickly. Her office is lovely, and the staff are kind and attentive. It's easy to be seen very quickly, and everything is patient focused. For me, personally, Dr. Liu found a solution to some ongoing medical issues, and helped me be more aware of how to prevent additional problems. I am beyond grateful.

Dr. Liu and Debbie are AMAZING. I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Liu always has a great bedside manner and has helped me through some difficult times. She is always professional but also has a sense of humor. Both her and Debbie have a great way of putting you at ease and that is much appreciated. I never have to wait when I go and can get same day appointments if needed. Its great being able to email if I have a question. This is a great model of medicine and I look forward to staying with Dr. Liu as long as possible. Best Doctor EVER!

I LOVE Dr. Liu and Debbie!! I found Dr. Liu when I was looking for an female American Asian doctor. Just so that someone could understand my perspective on health and medication which were kinda influenced by my Chinese grandma. In the beginning I wasn’t sure about shell out 100$ every month but two months in I felt that their service was 100% worth it. I have been able to speak/meet with Dr. Liu within hours after I reach out. She always listens to my concerns and struggles! I love the transparency of their practice as Debbie always let’s me know the $$ before getting any tests done. Everything has been very very affordable. I have had so many bad experiences with medical bills in the past and Dr. Liu and Debbie have made it totally stress free. I think they truly put the patients’ interests and wellbeing first. I would highly recommend Progressive Health!

The entire staff at Progressive Health Primary Care is wonderful! I'm always greeted with warmth and kindness from Debbie. If I have blood drawn, I don't worry, because she is very gentle.Most importantly, Dr. Liu LISTENS!!! She knows that you know your body better than anyone. Dr. Liu always listens, and works with me to determine what type/degree of help will best suit me! She is gentle and caring, even calling in between appointments, just to check on me. I can call anytime, and Dr. Liu is there for me!I've been going to Progressive Health Primary Care for several years now, and I won't be going anywhere else, because I love Dr. Liu and her team!

Dr. Liu is fantastic and staff are always helpful and efficient. I was looking for a healthcare team who would really work *with* me and help me make the best choices for me. I also believe in the cash practice model as insurance covers less and dictates what can/cannot be done. I cherish being able to email my doctor directly and have teleappointments, especially because I’m over an hour away. Overall, I’m delighted to be part of this practice!

Anytime I need an appointment I can get one within a days. Dr. Liu and her team are terrific. I am able to email any questions.The most special thing for me is that Dr. Liu is aware of a vision problem I have. Even though this is not something Dr. Liu deals with she occasionally sends me articles that she thinks are relevant. This is true care!
