The office does not practice safe distancing except in favor of the employees. They do not practice patient centered care. The office employees speak to patients and family members in a condescending, tone. If they make a mistake , it is always the patients misunderstanding and not their fault and they are often terse and abrupt and will have the last word. They claim that when patients visit there office patients are That the patient is told they will have a two hour wait time before they see the doctor. The stay at both locations, West suburban hospital as well as the west suburban river forest office are rude and disrespectful to patients. The physician Dr. Bahk is aware of it and won’t speak up about it. They do not do good work. This is not patient centered care.

Dr. Jane thBahk is wonderful. I will not let any other Ophthalmologist take care of me. She is very understanding, caring, considerate and truthful with her patients. She is amazing

I think Dr. Jane Bahk is a very caring & concerned individual. She is very nice & gentle. The Oak Park office staff is nice, the River Forest office staff is ok
